When I decided to order a mixer to help my Zoom Nia classes receive a better sound quality and music & choreography match, I had no idea I was also getting an amazing tech helper! He has helped me navigate every step of the way, guiding gently and clearly communicating what to do, even when I had to recently switch from a PC to a MAC. He KNOWS and understands what is required of a dedicated fitness teacher and he will do everything to help solve whatever issues you are having. I just can't say enough about this company. I purchased a mixer and wireless mic setup in early/mid covid and they totally held my hand in helping me transition to online classes. THEN, just today, in late 2022 -- over a year after that purchase -- and after a recent zoom update totally scrambled my system (overrode several key settings to unhelpful defaults for my purposes), I was able to set up a FREE half hour call for tech support that literally just held my hand through a full check of the system.
