I was replacing an iPhone battery but couldn't get the case open. Jake setup and appointment and replaced the battery but then discovered it had a short in the cable. It tested it several times/ways and couldn't get it work continue working after the case was closed. Apparently there was a short in the cable. He had an available new battery and installed it at his standard price. Great service, really nice guy. ...

Very honest, knowledgeable and really gets that cell phone not only fixed, but looking brand new! Our daughter did a real number on the cell phone..and he fixed it! I can happily refer this service to family, friends and anyone needing a repair..The Fix Electronix is our official go to now..No more fear of dreaded...

Excellent, professional service, and did a UV disinfection of our device. The dog stepped on our iPad screen and shattered it. After taking it to Jake, it looks and works like new again! Great for repairs, whether or not you have insurance on your device. This is what he does, and he does it...
