this is the worst smoke shop ive come across all around the country. the guy working at the counter is the worst customer rep I've ever seen. to start off, i called ahead to make sure he has what i need coz i drive a big rig and we to run out in the midle of nowhere. he confirmed having quick start coals three kings to be exact and the hookah flavors i wanted. upon arrival he didnt have coals ( quick start) didnt have the flavours he confirmed earlier so given that im already here i grabbed a few things i to make way to my regular stop. when he told me the total i almost flipped out 117 dollars for what? 10 count box al fakher hookah flavor singles is 18.99 and he wants to charge me 7.50 per single. on top of that he catching an attitude with me when i asked to take it off the tab. you are stealing from the locals and you should be ashamed of yourself. i know i will never come back to your establishment. btw you need to the dates on the hookah flavors at this location coz now i know why you have dust on them. since when did refusing to get robbed at a smoke result in getting looked down on coz im sure it wasnt racial. if you were white i would have come up with an explanation but you are not. i work hard across the country not come get robbed by you. 7.50 for al fakher 50mg single when it costs less than 30bucks for 10 singles. lord have mercy on the locals. i wonder what else is being multiplied 10 times.. if i could give 0 ☆ i would. dont waste your money here...

They have alot of cool stuff and the employees are mostly very nice and helpful. Their prices I feel are way too high but. I would also like more knowledge on certain things they sell or how to troubleshoot the mods only one person there had great knowledge and helped me fix mine. They also don't carry some replacement parts for items they still sell. That's a real headache when you buy something and need a replacement part. Especially if they are still selling that same product. Other than that. Its been ok experience...

I got a bad cart from there it was leaking so not a full CBD cart I paid for and when I took it in the get replaced the lady just smoked some of it and said it was fine and returned it. So not only did I lose out on it leaking,I also paid for an employee to smoke off my cart. So just a loose loose there.
