We have gotten things from here multiple times and always end up at the customer service desk. Every single time we end up there for about an hour dealing with customer service because they can’t do things correctly and always mess something up. Today we went and switched to the customer service desk and a regular checkout person 4 times because they couldn’t just check us out correctly they kept messing up the military discount as well as delivery for some items which we just decided to cancel and they couldn’t figure out how to run our card and instead of asking someone for help that knew what they were doing they kept just making things worse. Then we were just going to order online and do in store pick up because we were sick of dealing with them and one of the ladies at the checkout stand was so rude and kept saying she didn’t think it was going to work with our card and that we weren’t going to be able to do it today when we’d already switched twice to two different checkout people. They just input our information wrong when trying to manually input our card. We ended up switching again and finally an older gentleman helped and finally got us checked out correctly. Thank goodness because we were just about to leave and order everything online so we didn’t have to deal with the employees anymore. I can confidently say we will never be coming back to this Home Depot again because of how awful it has been every single time we have come. I do not recommend ever going. I’d rather drive farther away and go to a different Home Depot. It’s absolutely ridiculous how much of a hassle it has been every time...
Read moreNot impressed with this location at all. We ordered a window and we're told it was going to be 3 weeks out and that someone would get ahold of us once it arrived. We started getting emails saying it had arrived so we called and were told it wasn't there. The guy was rude about it and didn't understand why we were calling if we hadn't been contacted. A gal then called about a week later and said the arrival time was pushed back and assured us someone would call. We finally ended up calling again on the 19th because that was the date she gave. Well, it was not there and apparently arrived the next day. NOBODY contacted us at all like we were told. They get mad about you calling and assure you someone will notify you, yet nobody does. Not to mention the window is damaged! All this waiting and b.s. for a damaged product! Don't waste your time with them. Customer service is poor and so are the products. Read moreMy husband and I order a lawn mower to be delivered to our house and they messed up so bad they not only charged my card for it but they also charged another customers card for it too then to find out the delivery got moved to the next day and then when it was supposed to arrive at my house it never did they end up changing the delivery date again to 2 days later. I just gotta say they really don’t know how to do they’re job and they need people who know what they’re doing because this can cause home depot a lawsuit and I’m ok with sending them to court for it this has been the worst experience I’ve had with this store and I’m never buying anything else to get delivered to me after this experience.
