Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Scottsbluff

It was exciting for our small town to be getting a new option when it comes to pizza. With the loss of our Papa John’s there hasn’t been lots of choices. Once the place opened me and my coworkers gave it a shot. Got our meals and an extra pizza plus cheese/crazy bread. Yeah we’re fatties. It was good, hot and tasty. LC is a bit heavy on the crust and sauce but it’s still good pizza especially for the price. Menu is not extensive but that’s not the goal here.

You’re not going here for overly seasoned/spiced gourmet pizza. You’re going here for cheap average pizza you pick up on the go. Which is exactly what it is. I’ve since gone back for a the $5 lunch box which is a lot of pizza for one person (4 squares) and a drink. And a second time to pick up a pizza from their Pizza Portal, which allows you to pay ahead of time walk in and get your pizza once it’s ready just by entering a code into a futuristic holding cell for your cheesy prisoner. The staff pretty much matches most service in the area which is hit and miss. All in all, glad to have a new contender back...

I ordered a specific pizza. Went to pick it up and while I was waiting for my order to be ready, I noticed how very dirty this establishment is. Kind of grossed me out. They hand me my order, and I say thanks and drive home. When I get home and open the box, it's wrong. I ordered several specific toppings, and presume I paid for said toppings. Not happy to open the box to find a plain old pepperoni pizza. I didn't complain because I'm not going to drive back across town again. On a side note, their wings are tiny from like cornish hens or something. Not eorth the money. So basically with the dirty restaurant, and them not paying very close attention to my order, I'd rather go somewhere...

I dont even know where to begin. The customer service at this location is horrible. I am beyond shocked. The manager that I had to deal with was so unprofessional, I dont even know how he became a manager. Th employees were more worried about messing around and having attitudes then doing there jobs. I didnt even want the food after dealing with them. But I still went home with it. I am just beyond shocked. The picture below was how my pizza was cut. I spent $36.33 on 3 pizzas and bread sticks which I think is kinda expensive and the food was not even good it was cold and stale. The bread sticks were harder then a brick. I wouldn't recommend this place and the only reason why is because...
