I have avoided sonics for years due to poor service and food quality. After years decided I'd give it a try. Got 2 combo meals when another GM was working. Well food was cold and burgers were not even cooked. Didn't receive a receipt as usual. So called back and the GM Jennifer at that time said she would right my name down on the list for 2 free combos. Well everyone knows life gets busy and I was truly upset about the amount of money I had spent so I waited awhile. As in about a month if that. Well this past Friday I called and I was advised that the GM was no longer there (shocking) that they had a new one. I said "ok is my name still on that list?" Employee working said I am not sure where she wrote it down. She had a conversation with a lead as I was still on the phone listening, they said ok we got you down and go ahead and cone into the lobby and we will get you taken care of. So buddy and I decided to go in that next day, we'll another gentleman comes out and I explain the situation, he said nope there was nothing he could do about it. I even told him I just talked to someone on the phone, he than rudely started cutting me off asking if I had a receipt, I started to say no and TRIED to explain I didn't get one and he said nope can't prove you were here if you don't have the receipt. Was upset and left. This place has gone down hill and they truly need to get friendlier staff. I feel bad for the owners or corporate especially if they are unaware of how that business...
Read moreNEW REVIEW ok so i did end up coming back here since they changed management, because i love sonic so i had to give another shot, and they have gotten way better, like someone said its day and night compared to the old management. still a bit slow, but still faster than they used to be. wouldn’t recommend coming here if your in a rush but the food and drinks taste better and the staff is actually friendly. there’s 2 guys that work there named tristan and kayden and they are great, always super friendly and always make great drinks and the one time they forgot a food item we got compensated for it, thank you for changing the store around ! :)
OLD REVIEW I come to this sonic location often, and haven’t had a bad experience til recently. Today when I went and had a horrible experience and definitely won’t be back. I had a online order so I was in a stall and I pushed the button because I wanted to order something else that wasn’t on the app, the women who answered was very rude and quickly snapped back at me that they were out of ice cream and as I was about to ask another question she said “ Thanks have a great day “ very sarcastically, not to mention we waited 25 minutes to be helped and we seen people come and go who got there after us, and the food we received wasn’t what we ordered so we went through the drive thru. Nobody had name tags on and the only helpful person there was a man with long hair who fixed our order. Not happy about this...
Read moreThis Sonic needs to shut its doors. It’s a run down hot mess. Supposedly only stalls 1-7 work. Wrong…I don’t think any of them work. If you do an app order you can’t park in a stall to get your order, not even in one of the “working” stalls. You have to wait in line at the drive thru while they make ONE order at a time. Why not at least take an order and have someone park in a broken stall and bring it out to them to move things along? Nope, it has to be ONE order at a time. And if the drive thru speaker is broken you might as well purchase realestate in the drive thru cause you’re gonna be there forever. Ordered food and although it was nicely made and everything in the order was correct the tater tots were barely even yellow much less golden. They were cold and had a raw potato taste of course. The onion rings were also undercooked and were mucky and flaccid. Getting under cooked food isn’t a new thing here either. It seems to be a pattern. Ordered 2 sweet teas and they were spoiled. I mean, how bad do you actually have to get before you throw in the towel. The owner needs to make serious repairs, teach people how to actually cook the food until it’s done and how long to store perishable items and at the correct temp before they need to be thrown out rather than served to...
