Carine - Gainey Village — Local services in Scottsdale

BEWARE: I definitely WON’T order from Carine again! I was excited to receive my jacket, however I needed a size exchange. The return policy required I mail the jacket back to China!!! This cost $46 CAN on a $67 jacket! I completed all needed information on outside of package, including Order #, Exchange size needed etc. Canada Post didn’t allow me to get a tracking number for this parcel. I even took a photo of the receipt to show Carine that this wasn’t possible to get a tracking number. Each email I received back was ‘pre-scripted’, didn’t answer questions, didn’t provide a solution, didn’t agree to reimburse my money for the jacket. So at this point, I’m out cost of jacket and tax, $46 for mailing jacket back to China, and NOTHING to show for it! PS When I try calling there is a pre-recorded message that all operators are busy, and basically to email them. PS - This is the FIRST time I’ve written a review on-line.... indicates how...

I met the real Carine today at her Old Town Scottsdale store today while visiting my friend who lives in Gainey Ranch! Amazing fashions with exquisite fabrics which will be perfect for my trip to Greece this summer. Only one day left in Arizona but will have to find some time to stop by her store nearby in Gainey Village to pick up a couple more items! No doubt this designer is perfect is you want to look classy but a bit edgy! Just retired from my job a a lawyer and ready to travel and her designs...

Visiting AZ, this was my first experience with the Carine line of clothing. I was blown away by the quality and designs. While I did not purchase in store, I came home and immediately searched online. I emailed a question and was called back just a few hours later. After placing an order, I was so pleased that it was shipped out within a day. This is a small company with beautiful fashions and superb customer service. I highly recommend.
