I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. My experience at this shop was nothing short of disappointing, and after visiting, it’s clear that their priority is profit over customer satisfaction.
From the moment I walked in, I felt rushed and unwelcome by the guy. Instead of allowing me to browse comfortably, he continuously hovered over me, making it impossible to shop at my own pace. When I asked about the price of a few items, the employee made an unnecessary and condescending remark, suggesting that the “cheaper” options of torches are here, not in the case I was looking. Stating those ones are atleast $20 and up. an assumption that was both rude and unprofessional.
Beyond the poor customer service, the pricing in this store is outright predatory. Many of the items they sell are cheap wholesale products that likely cost them less than a dollar, on Alibaba. Yet they shamelessly mark them up by 1,500% or more. A silicone dabber, which can easily be found at other Phoenix/Scottsdale head shops for $5, is priced at $20 here—an outrageous rip-off. And that’s just one example. Nearly every item in this store is significantly overpriced compared to other shops in the area. A silicone water pipe. $40! I’ve literally purchased the same exact one for $15 elsewhere. Trust me on this. They are clearly trying to squeeze every last dollar out of unsuspecting customers who don’t know better.
To make matters worse, the entire shopping experience felt uncomfortable and untrusting. The employee stood directly in front of me with a nasty look and attitude like I was wasting his time because I didn’t know exactly what I wanted and had to ask for the price of the items (because nothing is clearly marked)as then he seemed on high alert like as if I couldn’t be trusted to shop on my own. He repeatedly asked if I was “ready to check out” when I was still clearly looking, making me feel like I was being rushed out the door. Then, without my confirmation, he began ringing up items in the register before I was even finished shopping—creating an awkward situation where the next customer had to wait because my transaction had already been started. Instead of fostering a welcoming environment, they make customers feel like an inconvenience, and you better know exactly what you want and just don’t bother asking how much it is. Just pay the amount.
This store is a perfect example of why it pays to shop around. There are countless other head shops in Phoenix where you can get the exact same products for a fraction of the cost—without the attitude. If you value fair pricing, respect, and a comfortable shopping experience, do yourself a favor and take your...

Came in just 2 mins ago, and the girl working here was really nice, however the guy working with her...terrible. I've been coming here for years and I have not been treated so poorly from the sky high staff than I have just now. At first the girl helped me and she was great. But then the guy I'm guessing who is training her or something switched out with her and dealt with me. I asked to see an item and he refused to let me touch it claiming that I was too sweaty and dirty to be touching something that I haven't bought yet. I asked him, jokingly of course, "what you think im going to snatch it and run?" And his reply " yeah we have been getting that lately, plus we don't let people who are sweaty and dirty touch the merchandise." For one I am very visibly physically handicapped, I can't even walk at a brisk pace without falling down. For two, I am not sweaty and dirty. In all the years I have gone to sky high at any of their locations, I have never once been ostracized for being "too sweaty and dirty" to check out any merchandise. This guy needs to check his attitude or get a different job outside customer service / retail. I really hope the owner talks to this guy, because I was going to make a bigger purchase before I was belittled and insulted in this store. I will not be coming back, nor do I suggest anyone else do while this...
