I first heard about Zolton's Salon and Day Spa from a friend. After being referred to several salons over the years I was feeling a little "iffy" about being referred to another by a friend. I am so glad I took my friend's advice. Zolton's is awesome. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful on the phone as well as in person. It's nice to find a salon where the employees at the front desk are so positive and efficient! Answering the phones and helping the clients is their number one priority. It was a breath of fresh air to enter a salon where the employees were there to help out in any way needed. I also have to say that Danielle Coleman is an AMAZING STYLIST!!!!! She listens to what I want and never fails to deliver!!! I have been trying to go red for several years but was unable to find a stylist who could give me the red color I wanted and make it stick after being blonde for so many years. For the past 5 years, I have been going to a salon in Old Town, but recently decided I was tired of driving 30 min to get there. I have always heard great things about Zolton's Salon, so on a whim, I called to make an appointment. The girl I spoke with on the phone to make my appointment was great. She asked me detailed questions about my hair and my personality and really took the time to find me the right stylist. When I got to salon, I had no idea how big it is! It is deceiving from the outside, but so refreshing on the inside. My stylist greeted me right on time and from the moment I sat in his chair, gave me his undivided attention. I have naturally really dark hair but I do heavy highlights to make it blonde... my color turned out AWESOME. It was the perfect shade of blonde! I told him that I rarely cut my hair because I love it long, but I knew I needed to trim it. He gave me the BEST cut. It is a style made for long hair and really simple to do myself.
