I ordered all of my lighting from cooper electric for my new home that was recently built. Marie took time to sit with me and browse numerous catalogs that they have in their showroom to find the right fixtures and fans that would match and fit well in the house. She was patient with me and answered all of my questions. She was extremely responsive in replying to all of my emails and returning my phone calls throughout the entire process. Once the lights and fans were installed in the home, I noticed that some fixtures were missing bulbs (I believe they may have been broken in transit to the house or in the process of being installed). Marie supplied additional bulbs for the fixtures that needed them at no additional charge. Months after my daughters and I moved into our new home, my daughter broke a blade off of the fan in her bedroom. I called cooper electric to see if I could purchase a new fan blade.
