**EDIT: Your response perfectly illustrates why our experience at your restaurant was disappointing.
Rather than taking feedback seriously, you chose to lash out, make wild assumptions, and question our integrity—simply because the review wasn’t glowing. Accusing customers of lying, mocking them, and dragging in irrelevant personal details (which are entirely false, by the way) is not just unprofessional, it’s downright hostile.
Guests shouldn’t have to confront staff mid-meal just to avoid being attacked online later. We gave our honest opinion based on the quality of the food, and your reaction only confirms that criticism is something you’re unwilling or unable to handle.
This kind of behavior says far more about your business than any review ever could. Keep in mind that us “people” is the reason that your business continues to operate.
We had very high hopes for this place thinking it was authentic Peruvian food but it’s not. My family was disappointed with the food quality. Some of the food was dry, others were overcooked, and one of the chaufa’s that were ordered was overpowered with ginger. The reviews are very misleading especially considering the place was empty on a Sunday at 3 pm...
Read moreThe chica morada was not tasting made from scratch at all. Papa la huancaina sauce had extra veggie flavor that doesnt belong in the sauce ( I tasted bell peppers n cilantro flavor in it, weird cuz that sauce doesn't call for those items in it) The jalea tasted good, but overall it was a very small portion, and didn't have piece of crab, choclo nor camote compared to other restaurants that serve a dignified jalea.
My son always orders a lomo saltado de rez at any peruvian restaurant we go to, and he didn't think it was good at all. Normally the plate would be licked clean, but this time his plate wasn't finished, and i agree it missed the mark on what a tasty lomo saltado should be like. They use shoe string fries, for crying out loud! Definitely not fresh cut!
Their yellow sauce tasted like it had egg in it, and the green sauce was totally missing the mark on what it should taste like,.I'm peruvian, A very authentic peruvan. It's way overpriced, needless to say, I haven't paid that much for...
I recently gave my opinion about a meal I ordered and the strangest thing is that they responded with WE HAVE IT ON CAMERA, and that I was looking to GET A FREE MEAL, I am not looking for that what I left was an opinion of their food that does not have the flavor of Peruvian food at all, finally I ordered the food to go, someone else bought it, I was not in their place, and as a customer I can leave a comment about what they offer or sell, it is a lack of respect about what I put there and I emphasize this so that the public knows and tourists find out that this is not the authentic flavor of the food I bought, maybe the menus they sell will have more flavor I don't know, I only gave my opinion about the grilled chicken and their ají de pollería which was not and the picarones which do not have the authentic flavor and if you do not like the opinion of a customer then it is a shame since one does it so that you improve the quality of what you offer, so do not tell me that I am looking for a free meal, I hope Learn and improve what you offer to the public, as this is beneficial for you, as you will gain more customers, and better for you as a customer, as you pay the price as long as the food is delicious and authentic to...
