The owner is an extremely rude person. I had the displeasure of watching him interact in another business where he wanted them to provide service for free. He kept interrupting service being provided to actual patrons like myself and speaking condescendingly to the workers.
His shop sells used items. He charges for these items but expects other businesses to do stuff for him for free? Lol, entitlement at its best. I won’t patronize his business after his disgusting display.
You were in The Dime Bank on Friday, and I was cashing my check. You were giving them a hard time about not being able to get change for your store because you didn’t have an account. Read moreSo I went there to trade in a controller that had some drift problems for some store credit just to be told that they don't take faulty controllers so I ended up buying 2 controllers from them only to find out they sold me 2 faulty controllers one had the same problem as mine drifting stick but also came with a new problem and L2 would activate randomly and the other controller had a new problem that was it would not keep a charge for more then 30 minutes and just kept dieing on me. But that's what I get I should of just bought a new controller at GameStop it cost me over $74 for the 2 controllers so im a bit upset at that and it would of been cheaper to buy a new one...

In regards to the owners response, Clearly the testing wasn’t too good if the Nintendo was broke the first day I turned it on?
Don’t buy from them, because god forbid you don’t have time to return it in 5 days during a pandemic and you trusted that they “tested all consoles and disk drives before being put out for sale”
