What a nightmare it has been dealing with our salesman and store manager. We ordered top of the line appliances that were recommended by our salesman, Dan. After spending over $10,000 at the Seabrook, NH store and taking delivery, we still can’t use our American Range gas stove! The stove arrived with loose parts rolling around and malfunctioning burners. I contacted my salesman who told me that it wasn’t their job to fix the loose part or to adjust the burners so that they worked properly. After going round and round, I finally contacted the manufacturer in CA, who sent out a technician to assemble the loose burner part and adjust the other burners. The technician informed us that 2 of the burners could not be adjusted and were defective. After contacting Appliance Warehouse, they have refused to do anything to rectify the issue, even though the appliance has a 5 year warranty! When they sold us our washer and dryer, they never asked us which direction the doors needed to open (if the washer would be in the left or right off the dryer) so when they were delivered and installed, the doors were wrong! When I called them to inquire about it, they blamed ME for not telling them when we ordered them. I asked if they could send someone out to switch the doors around, they refused and told me that they weren’t going to pay someone to drive to my house (20 mins away) to spend 3 hours swapping around the doors! I guess once they have your money and the appliances are in your home, that’s when their customer service ends! Read moreWent to Appliance warehouse and furniture just before Christmas as I needed to replace two clothes dryers in our house in Seabrook. We were hoping to get something delivered before Christmas because we were leaving for vacation Christmas Eve, Our sales associate Fred Charland was very honest about not being able to accomplish that but said he could definitely get us on the delivery schedule as early as Jan1. In the end we opted for January 2nd. He then helped us select two dryers, worked with us on the delivery situation as we had one dryer on third floor and another on first floor that may have required the washing machine to be moved out of its place in order to get the old dryer out and the new one in. Anyway, the delivery team gave us a delivery window of 10am to 12pm. They called me at 10 and said they would arrive in about 20 minutes which they did. Read moreI recently bought an oven and microwave. Prices were decent, staff was friendly but BOTH of my appliances arrived damaged. The stove looks like it got hit in the back with something forceful and my new microwave has a large dent on the door which is very noticeable with stainless steel. Plus, one of the stove burners is already NOT working and now I have to go through the warranty to address it. I think I'll shop elsewhere next time. Not too pleased receiving damaged appliances that cost a lot of money. Apparently they're not very careful storing or transporting their products.

Liz reached out right away to rectify the situation. She offered to replace both of the damaged appliances and install the new ones free of charge. She kept me updated throughout the process until it was resolved. The technician she sent to install the new appliances was very professional and thorough.
