I used to love this place... Not saying the food is bad, because it's not.. very yummy but the customer service sucks.. I call in an order and they lost my slip. They played dumb and they acted like I didn't know what happened and kept telling me it would be right up. Yah 35 minutes later.. so a wk or so later I figured let's get it delivered.. yup an HR later she shows up saying she got lost... Really, your at my dad's house every fri which is across the street 🧐 so tonight we really wanted pizza because we love their pizza.. I called and told them I'll just pick it up. Girl said shouldn't take long see u in s few minutes... So I head over, 3 people waiting. She asks me how she can help. Told her I placed an order...she asked me what did I order and name on slip.. I told her but low and behold NO SLIP... WTH.. so some guy said 8 minutes.. I waited over 15 before everyone and their brother was trying to figure out what I ordered again.😳 Are you kidding me... It took an off duty employee to see I was upset, she asked so I told her what was going on... She goes out back and brings me out a gift certificate which was great but it doesn't solve the "no common sense" issue... Within seconds of receiving the certificate I was handed my 2 sm pizzas. Sadly at this point I was still so upset that I took them and left... Not realizing I never paid for them🤣😂🤣😂 Oh, my bad Not sure if I'll ever go back. Read moreI ordered a junior beef, steak sub, and a pizza. This was somehow $40.
What was delivered was a pizza and a small fry, because my sub and junior were delivered somewhere else.
When the junior beef and steak sub were finally delivered to me, the wrapper for the beef had been opened.
When I called to question why it would be opened, the manager assured me nobody could have done that.
Sure. It opened itself.
I surmise the people who received my food inspected it. The manager assured me again, that would be impossible, because it wasn't delivered to anyone. I was their first stop.
.......but it took 20 minutes for the driver who certainly did NOT bring my food to someone else to circle back to me. According to the manager they hadn't even left my neighborhood.
Riiiiiight.
So I have a sandwich someone else rummaged through, delivered to me incredibly late, and was somehow 40 dollars.
This was my second time ordering from them. And this will certainly be my last time ordering from them.
To the managers credit, she DID offer to make it again and bring that order to me. However, when it already wasn't delivered to me properly TWICE, am I supposed to trust it's going to be right on a third delivery attempt, well over 90 minutes past when I initially ordered it?

I get, they are good so they are busy or "caotic" as the lady said to me on the phone an hour after I placed my order when we were told 30 to 40 minutes for delivery. Yup, my address can be either be Seabrook or Salisbury, but when you specifically state 3 times SEABROOK and they said it back, you would think when writhing the address for delivery driver they would put Seabrook and not just a phone number.... my phone number is 978 which is mass and the driver said bc of the area code, and no specific direction saying Seabrook he went to sailsbury.... I DO NOT blame the driver, but the people answering the phines..... take just a few more minutes to make sure the order is correct so that not only do I have to call back 2 times, but that the driver after my 2nd call had to call us and ask s ailsbury or seabook.....finally got our food 1.5 hours after we called..... will b thinking b4 ordering...
