I ordered a delivery online, they brought the wrong pizza so I called to have them bring the right pizza and they instead argued with me. They have a manager who does not understand english and there was a huge miscommunication problem until he put on one of the front staff kids who tried to explain it to him but he still did not get it. Their online delivery system is completely messed up and when I tried to tell him it was an error on the computers end he was very very rude. Then after 5 minutes of arguing he finally told me to bring him the pizza to prove it was wrong and he would make the right one after that. I ordered a delivery and don’t drive…. and when I told him this he said sorry there’s nothing I can do…. I’m out $25 for a shitty pizza plus a tip which you didn’t deserve after how rude you were when I called. And the manager is the only driver they have so be careful !!!! DONT waste your money here SALISBURY HOUSE OF PIZZA is so much better, everyone there is extremely nice, the portions are bigger and the prices are better. I understand things get messed up sometimes, I work in a high class Italian restaurant lol but if I or my manager EVER spoke to a customer the way you spoke to me yesterday I’d be fired before I could even finish my thought. I don’t care what you have to say in your review back bc you still are NOT understanding that you brought the wrong pizza, I literally had to throw away a whole pizza that I bought for my kids and split one large pizza between 8 people….. Again since you are not understanding what happened, your online ordering is messed up that’s why I had to order the pizza the way I did, and then I called to ask to have you bring the right pizza and take this one back and you argued with me, told me I was wrong and were extremely rude the entire phone call. Then told me to drive to you when I legit ordered delivery bc I literally don’t have a license. I hope you work on your customer service and please fix your online ordering so you don’t have this issue again with anyone else.

I don't understand how they continue to operate when there's Community Oven, Tripoli, Otto, Charlie's Tap House, and Nick's Place. They should be ashamed to call themselves a House of Pizza.
