the rudest and weirdest customer service I ever seen, I never had time to write a review but for this particular case I will make exception. I was planing to offer a breakfast for my team who are going to join me at 11h15 and my first time to try Starbucks in seabrook location . I was surprised and shocked and I could understand why the lady who was supposed to took my order just ignored me,I was there standing in front the counter exactly 15 min everybody was busy Okey but another client came and she goes to her and start taking her order I asked another guy that i was here before waiting before the customer who just came he asked me about my order and he told me that the order line in the other side two steps from where I was standing I told him ok I didn't noticed then he stopped taking my order and tell me oh u didn't know u can go now to the line behind the new customer 😠 (FOR REAL ) 🤨🤨 I was there in front of them for 15 MIN I wasnt invisible unless they r blind 🥸 And the top one that the girl who is taking the orders came in front of me and open bottle of water and drink it in front of me away to say idont care .. ( very good behavior )👍 I just get the hell out of this horrible people and change my plan. The sad part that Starbucks is the best coffee that everybody love but when it cames to hiring people they should be careful about the staff they select cuz the staff selected going to represent them . I wish somebody from the management open the camera and see this cenario it was on 06/16/23 around 10h30 am...
Read moreUpdated Review: My original review was five stars, and honestly the last few times I've gone to Starbucks went to the Stratham location to avoid this one, but this is my last time using this drive-thru. I'm tired of the weird attitudes from the people working here. Last time I overheard one of the workers saying that my order was like reading a dictionary. Sorry, but it's Starbucks. This morning I drove through a bunch of snow on my way to work and the barista told me to please just order a few seconds ahead of time. I told her that most of the time I'll wait in line for so long because people ahead of me order so many things and then my drink is melted or just not good quality. She said she understood but just at least a few more seconds. Yet, within seconds my drink was ready. So, what difference would it even make. I feel like I shouldn't be shamed into ordering my drink a few seconds early.. What kind of nonsense is that? I don't understand why someone would even say that when there's absolutely no difference for them but there is for me. Aren't I the customer? Meanwhile, sometimes the drinks here aren't made correctly, and I never complain, so maybe don't complain to customers.
Original Review: The team here is always killing it! No matter how long the drive thru line is it always goes by so...
Read moreIt's a Starbucks. If you're American, that's all you need to know. The Newburyport location has a New England charm that most don't, present on a historic street corner in a very Revolution-era style building. Most Starbucks are actually good enough as chains go, to deserve 4 stars; but this one I have to be a little tough on. First, it is a very small spot, and can feel quite cramped compared to many locations. Second, it is not situated in a great place for what Starbucks is best at: fast coffee. There is no drive-thru, and parking in that part of downtown Newburyport can be hit or miss; in my opinion it is better to enjoy the smaller, quieter, more unique coffee shops scattered around the area - if you have to go out of your way to find a place to park and walk around. The Newburyport Starbucks would be better suited off 95, near Port Plaza - with...
