Dropped my mom’s pc there 4 months ago because the power port was broken. He tells me it should be an easy repair. 2 months go by and I need to check in. He tells me the motherboard needs replacing. So another 2 months go by, and he never updates me once, not even just to say he’s still waiting on the part, nothing. So 4 months in and my mother has been aggravating me for about 3.5 months. I start to call and message more frequently to speed this up. Every time I actually get ahold of him which is probably 1 out of 5 times I call theres always a story. Every time I try to pick up after he instructed me the computer would be ready there’s another story why I can’t pick up. So long story short he finally released the pc to me that needed a power port and whatnot. He told me he wasn’t going to charge me which I appreciate but I dont find necessary. So, I bring the pc home and there’s no charging port. I’m asking myself: when I bring this to another pc repair place are they going to tell me absolutely 0 work has been done on this PC? I’m sure everyone’s experience will vary, but in the case that your pc might not be something he wants to fix, nor can’t I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS MAN. VERY SHADY,...

My dogs knocked my Macbook Air off the table 2 days before Thanksgiving. The display was damaged and unusable. I called Mike and he said he would order a new display and it would be in the next day. He called me the next day (The day before Thanksgiving) and said it was in. I dropped the laptop off and went to walk the dogs. An hour later he called and said it was done. I picked it up after the walk and it was done and fixed like it never happened. He said he had to tweak the cover because it bent when it fell. I cannot say enough about Mike and his outstanding service. Mike has done repairs for me before and he has always done an excellent job for a reasonable price....

When my toddler threw my wife's iPhone in a hotel swimming pool, and then I found out that the phone hadn't successfully backed up in some time, we thought that almost 2 years of photos were lost. Mike was able to recover all 18 GB of pictures and videos, and got the phone to turn on, which many had said was impossible. For the work involved and the priceless pictures recovered, the cost was more than reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone with a phone...
