I showed Mariela an inspo for the layers that I wanted for my haircut and she did nothing. Worst experience ever the whole time she was cutting my hair she was talking and goofing around with her coworkers. Never did she bother to talk to me to confirm the length of the haircut, the whole time she had me facing her co worker so I couldn’t even see myself in the mirror to let her know anything. I called to let her know that the length was not what I requested and there was no layers done, Her responds was “oh yeah I just did layers in the front. You’re more than welcome to come back so I can fix it.” I refuse to ever get a haircut...

I called to see if their business do hair color! Then I asked if they do African Americans hair, the lady hung up on me! I called back she hung up on me again! I called back and they wouldn't answer the phone! If this is the kind of service that I got on the phone I would never do...
