The store owner created an unreal, uncomfortable shopping experience for me. I’m 40 and have no reason to shoplift however, the owner felt it necessary to stalk me around the store and grab every clothing item out of my hand as soon as I picked it up. So strange and irritating. I did end up buying 3 tee shirts and a pair of pants. The pants came apart at the seam after wearing them one time. I called to see what the policy is for selling me something that fell apart after one wear and was told they couldn’t help me. Beware of spending your money here!!! Poor customer service, treat shoppers like criminals and then won’t assist with returns. Never...

Came in here before Xmas to buy gifts and while we were talking employee took the tags off the sandals. I have pretty bad social anxiety and I didn't really realize it at the time. The sandals were a size off and we came back to exchange them and surprise surprise the posted policy was no exchanges or returns without tags. I walked in with a bag from a purchase across the street and was followed around by one of the two store employees currently working.
