When I asked for a pair of jeans in an eight or 10, not only did the girl not know what European sizing was and which would fit me, which is what they carry in the store, but I was told that my size was on the “upper end” of the sizing and not in the middle or on the lower. I was made to feel very bad, and very large when I’m really quite slim, about asking for a normal size. I think they need to work much harder on their knowledge base and inclusivity of women who are not size 2 or 4 anymore , as I was when I was age of the salesgirls. Additionally, they don’t have any 29s and 30s in any of the clothes that I was interested in, and that’s between a 6 and 8 or 10 , which I suppose is too huge for them. I will not go to the store ever again, and I won’t even shop for my teeny tiny daughter here either...

I live in Old Town. I do a lot of shopping at Stitch and Feather and shop on Main Street to support small businesses. Bought my daughter a few outfit options for the holidays. Had to return. Returned within a week or within their parameter. All tags on. With receipt. Will only return for store credit. No refund. Who does that in today’s times? I can understand if I had returned late or did not have my receipt… however that is not the case. My daughter did not like. So I Returned on time with receipt with tags. I would like my money back. You have lost a great customer. Will never spend another dollar at your store. Customer service is key. DO BETTER STITCH AND FEATHER. My first time in this store and won’t be my last!! I’m usually an elison rd. Kinda gal which is another boutique on main street but I stumbled into stitch and feather after not finding anything I liked at elison and was impressed instantly. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the sweetest girl who also helped me get a fitting room. As soon as I found a dress I liked I went to pay and met another sweet girl who was at the cash register. Both girls (wish I got their names) were so personable and just a delight to talk to. I will go in this store just to talk to them again. They even made me feel special by wishing me a happy birthday and remembering my name when I was leaving. Great store!!...
