CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Sealy

I have been going to this store for years. Every one in the Pharmacy is great as well as the store associates. The Manager who is a tall man is just unfriendly, never smiles and acts like he is miserable in his job. Honestly I don’t really care so he never bothered me. That was until my elderly handicapped Mother went into the store recently to drop off some amazon packages using the UPS drop off service there. She said the manager was trying to discourage a different customer from dropping off her UPS amazon packages and in her trying to make conversation he mentions to her that Amazon packages should not be dropped off there but at a UPS store. My mother tells me this and it frustrated me. Sealy is a very small town and there is NO UPS store here. I have viewed this service as a convenience for this small town since the only alternative would be to drive to Katy which I don’t like my elderly mother to do. If CVS does not wish to take UPS amazon packages then they should not list this store as a UPS drop off store for customers. I imagine CVS offers this service to try to gain additional walk in traffic from customers. If that is the case, you might want to have a discussion with your Manager about spreading misinformation and maybe have him do some additional training in...

Came in to pick up my prescription yesterday at 12pm to be told they won't be ready til 2pm because they were getting ready to go to lunch, I live 1 town over so when I was told that I decided to go home and and pick it up in the morning, I then received a call 30min.
