Worst Passport Service Ever – Avoid This Place!
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I went to the USPS at 222 Moody St, Sealy, TX for a passport service, and it was hands down the worst experience ever. The staff here are incredibly rude, unhelpful, and act like they hate their jobs. Instead of assisting customers, they seem to go out of their way to make everything as difficult and unpleasant as possible.
From the moment I walked in, I was met with attitude. They acted like my simple passport request was a massive burden on them. No patience, no professionalism—just pure rudeness and incompetence. They were slow, dismissive, and completely unwilling to answer basic questions. If you need passport services, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is a disaster, and the staff clearly don’t care about doing their jobs properly. Avoid...

It’s not like I go in there a lot, but maybe once or twice a month, and then only to check my box and buy stamps. Recently I went in to buy stamps but my arthritis in my legs was so bad that I asked them if they would mind getting my Mail just this once. Both of them cheerfully said yes at the same time and the one that went rattled off my name and box number before I did! I’ve noticed in the past when people come in wanting various services like passports and such that they were very efficient. I really appreciate all...
