Name is actually amber Wilson & Aaron Wilson I really shouldn't even do a 2 star but I'm being nice because the dryer works great i shouldn't cause we have had a lot happen since we have been renting to own with aarons we got a washer an dryer first of all we payed the first 2 months when we got it as soon as the next payment came up we paid the 3rd we wasn't able to pay on time due to the covid19 when we wasn't we was harassed many time every day the day after it was due we had them at the front door even after we called we had one man bang on my door so hard he scared my daughter an left a dent in my door so i didn't answer an i had to call the copes after I calmed my daughter down cause I didn't know it was them at first I was told they would work with me during the covid problems an i was still made to 20 dollar payment 3 days before i said i could pay the hole payment like I was told I could the first time I have had so much problems plus the guy came to try an pick up the washer an dryer after I had payed in full the hole payment for that month an the still tryed to get it the next day next month we r having them pick up there stuff an we r just going to go through big lots or rent one unless things change until then it's staying at a 2 I'll change this review when people can start showing a little more respect to people in these hard times I will say however the older man at the front desk is a very nice guy an every time I talk with him he seems to be the only one that cares to...

HORRIBLE BUSINESS

So yesterday I called and spoke to a very nice lady about purchasing a washer and dryer. She took my info and I told her my wife would be in today to get the set she wanted. I asked the lady. If they would deliver it and set it up? And move our old ones to the porch for us because I’m at work all day. And my wife weighs 100 pounds and just had a baby. She told me they woul absolutley take care of it. All was good. Then last night and this morning. I received around 5 calls from them wanting to make sure we were still coming. Very annoying but I sell cars so I know the drill. My wife calls me from there saying she found a set. But there now telling her that they won’t move anything. That all they can do is bring the new ones to our house and set them on the porch. First of all there adds all day free delivery and set up. Then I here them telling my wife she can use there dolly to move everything. Are you serious? She’s 100 pounds and as I told them. Just had a baby. You sign an agreement to have a certain amount to be take out of your account every month but they don’t take it out when they are suppose to and when they do it is double maybe triple the amount you agreed to and it screws up your bank account with overdraft fees and bounced checks because you were not planning on a different amount coming out. This happened to me numerous times. I finally took it off of automatic payment and told them to come get the tv. Funny thing is I have a washer that I never had a problem with and they have the exact same bank information for that. But after that happened with the tv I took the washer off automatic payments because Arron’s cannot be trusted. They are also very unprofessional and they do not listen to their customers. They also are not willing to help them either. All they are about is screwing people over.
