I went in the Jacksonville Location and picked out some bedroom furniture all they had for the set I wanted was the side tables and dresser (we did not need the bed) they were going to have to order the chest. The lady said it would only be about to weeks. So they went ahead and deliver the dresser and the two side tables well when the dresser was delivered one side of it was messed up so the guy said they would go ahead and order another one since they had to order a chest anyways and it would be here with the chest in about two weeks later. Well two week past and I call to check the status of my furniture the lady said it should be in anytime. This went on for four weeks (plus two weeks total of six weeks) the week before Christmas they did inform me that they would be closing for Christmas but that was the only other information I was ever given. On the sixth week the fourth time I have called the guy told me they were getting a truck in that day and my furniture should be on it. Well waiting for a phone call Friday and all weekend and never got one disappointed again. Finally I get the phone that they have my furniture. PTL six and half weeks after I order the furniture it finally came in. when I went to pay for the other half I asked the lady again why did it take so long. She THEN informed me that the furniture cam in but was damage and so they had to send it back and wait for it to come back in. WELL HERE IS MY PROBLEM WITH THAT if that was the case why did you not tell me that when I would call the end of each week instead of telling me you all were expecting it anytime? That is bad business and I can say will be taking all my future furniture business elsewhere NOT BECAUSE IT TOOK SO LONG I would like my furniture to be in good shape (if that was the case) but the fact I was LIED TO either over the phone when they were expecting it anytime or lied to; to the face about them sending it back. Next time this happens try letting your customers know the truth!!!! Oh and after paying for the furniture with not compensation for it taking 6.5 weeks the lady said as I was leaving the store next time we will try better. SORRY THERE WILL BE NO...

But we purchased a nice sofa on sale, they were friendly and offered to deliver that same day. Then when they got there, the delivery guys shoved it through the door with the feet on and snagged the fabric! Acted like it was no big deal and said they would replace it, well we went around with them for several days and they never offered to repair the snag, said they would order me one but that I would have to pay the price difference for an equal sofa!! No thanks! I purchased a new unblemished sofa, not one your guy snagged and then cuts with his box knife. Needless to say we got a refund. And the salesman Mike was super nice but Me Crafton went and hid while he refunded our money. And didn't even greet us coming in the store! Very sad and not a good hometown...
Read moreI have no choice but to leave this review. We bought a sofa on sale that we really liked, the moving guys shoved it through our door, tearing the fabric. Then the guy takes a box knife to the loose thread and says it looks ok now. We were told we could exchange it for another on the floor, we didn't like any of the other sofas. We were told they could order us one like it, but it would cost us extra. I told them they should eat the cost to get us a new sofa, mister Crafton the owner proceeds to hide and let's his very nice worker Mike deal with us. If you want to buy furniture here I'm sure it will be fine, but this was our experience.
