Do NOT get your furniture recovered with this company! If you drop it off you might never see it again, as they have virtually NO Written schedule for getting it back to you. If you are prepared to hound them, then by all means hire them, but if you prefer to drop off your furniture and then get an estimate of a return date in written format - forget it. They do not provide this.

They picked up my furniture in 2020 and it took them 5 years to get it done and returned.

I paid them in two installments, the last of which was 6,129.00. The owner verbally agreed to make it 6,000 but then after checking my card, I saw he charged me the 129.00 anyway.

After 5 years you would think they would have given me some type of discount off the initial estimate, but they could not, NOR could they provide any explanation as to why it took them such an incredibly long time to get...

AW Hoss and Son….and Daughter. I’ve had several jobs done and their workmanship is incredible. They reupholstered two wing back chairs and were able to line up the medallions on each fold of the back. Breathtaking! We inherited a dining room set and they recommended the best fabric that represented the era of the set. Broken promises all way around: woodwork was not refurbished as promised, completion timeline broken numerous times (was promised 6 weeks initially for a small chair, several calls & visits later. Took 4+ months to complete upholstery work (nicely done). However, chair has exposed woodwork that frames the back & arms down to seat with cabriolet legs.
