I’ve been a client at BoLavish Spa for just over a year, and I absolutely love the treatments I’ve had! The Spa is very clean and offers a warm and inviting environment for guests.

My first experience was a Lash Lift & Tint (w/ Keratin) in September 2022 with Mary. As it was my first lash lift, Mary explained each step of the process and worked with me to get the most out of my short lashes. I loved the results of my first lash lift so much, I now schedule appointments every 6-7 weeks. Mary is knowledgeable about lash products and recommended a few that I now use regularly. My natural lashes look amazing with regular conditioning, lifts, and tint!

After a few lash lifts with Mary, I asked about facial services and learned that, in addition to her skills as a lash technician, Mary is also a practiced and well-versed aesthetician. I scheduled my first facial and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have had 4 different facial treatments (Classic, Dermaplane, Gua Sha, and Radiance + LED). While my skin looked fantastic after each, and I enjoyed each for their unique benefits, my favorite is the Radiance + LED facial. Mary has a wonderful calm demeanor, is informed and professional, and knows how to bring out the best in each client’s lashes or face. I also had the chance to engage with the owner, Bo, on a couple of schedule changes and a complicated billing question. Bo goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are treated like royalty and have a wonderful experience at the Spa.

I love Bo at BoLavish and I only trust her to do my lashes! I get so many compliments on them, and they are always exactly how I like them. She also squeezes me in when I have a special event and I appreciate the extra mile she goes for customers. We met because I was having bad reactions with ingredients at other lash places and she allowed me to go over all the ingredients in her products and she customizes the services to make sure my skin doesn’t get upset. I signed up for her lash lift training course. The hands on experience in this course is beyond my expectations. Chanbo is very knowledgeable in the beauty industry and is thorough with her work from beginning to end. The course is about 6 hours long but Chanbo went above and beyond and stayed an extra hour or two to do one-on-one training with me and a few others. It provided me so much confidence to believe in myself and my work.
