Big park that accommodates different recreational activities: a beautiful baseball/soccer field surrounded by an irregular shape 3-lane track, a playground well spaced out and partly in the shade for the kids, as well as tennis courts, a wading pool and a community center. Seems a relaxing place to come out to in the neighborhood.

I took my dog Luna to watch the concert. It was very fun. Edit : Luna passed away a few days after this photo due to a brain infection . Rip my beautiful baby girl I'm so glad we were able to go to the park and listen to music together . I love you

Great spot for kids sports or walking the track. We used to walk here during covid and it was a great respite then. Even now still a good spot to get your steps and enjoy a nice day. Also nice and well maintained turf for soccer!

Seattle parks are really great and we happen to live across the street from this one. Wish that we could get a habit to go, but we work early, get home late and have a lot of weekend activities either away from home or doing routine maintenance at home. This park has a good track and a minimal set of exercise / strength training machines. September, 2023: It's quiet now that the rainy season has started. I used it to complete my steps challenge, 5000 steps a day. The rain Was not enough to be a hindrance. There were kids with their parents enjoying the park, a dad and son throwing and hitting a baseball, and so on like that. I have a great audiobook for my company while walking. I have a mild case of emphysema, so I was glad to find a dry bench under a great tree. I could walk, rest, and walk some more. Once again, I used the exercise equipment that is installed there, in particular the steps machine. The rest of it was maybe too wet to comfortably use. But that machine was really...

Beautiful Park. Love going here. Great for kids. They have a climbing area for kids, swings, a large field, soccer field, outdoor basketball hoops and track. They installed outdoor exercise equipment within the last year. I grew up going to this park and love it. Also love that I had the opportunity to bring my daughter to a ark I grew up going to. This is connected to the Hiawatha community center and you can use the bathrooms found in this building. They also have community fairs here in the summer. We attended the Casper Baby Pants concert last summer and it was a blast and our daughter loved it! It was very fun. They also have a kiddie outdoor pool...

Have been coming here since I was a kid, now I bring my own kiddo here. It's a great community playground. With a huge field for seasonal sports and the WSHS uses it during the year. It has two playgrounds, a community outdoor gym set up, some grass areas. It's great for the neighborhood, since this area has so many schools and kids. I do hope in the future the playgrounds get updated and that the community center re opens...
