Terrible customer service, and would give zero stars if I could.
My husband had a course booked through them that was part zoom, part field. He suffered a shoulder injury that does not allow him to partake in any physical activity. Despite having a doctor’s note, mountain madness did not allow for a reschedule or a reimbursement for the 550 dollar course.

Read moreWe hired Mountain Madness for a custom glacier tour on Mt. Baker in early August 2022. James Kan guided our family of 4 up to the Easton Glacier on Mt. Baker. We roped up and did a little glacier travel (as much as we were comfortable with!) and got up close and personal with a few crevasses. It was an amazing day. The main event was incredible, James is the best guide we've ever worked with on any of our adventures. We felt safe and confident due to James's expertise and personality. The day was special and we'll...
