Geoff and Rain City Fire Protection saved us thousands of dollars after the most overAAAted fire safety company in town decided our polybutylene piping was beneath them and we should consider replacing all of it... like it's just a (pun intended) drop in the bucket for a small apartment building. They had us panicked and intimidated because I believed them...I mean what the hell do I know about polyblublahblah pipes? I kept trying to find someone who would take a risk and replace the sprinkler heads that prevented this property from passing inspection, by sheer luck somehow I got in touch with Geoff and he assured me there was nothing wrong with our pipes, they should last a long time. He gave us a reasonable quote and came out and performed the work. We recently renovated our salon where we knocked down a room and needed to have an existing fire sprinkler modify/remove to pass inspection. We didn’t agree with this assessment since we were just looking to modify a single fire sprinkler. I really appreciate and am grateful Jeff for taking the time to come over to our house to provide a free inspection of the fire sprinkler system. We were not able to get any context from the previous owner (who passed away) about its operation. Jeff took the time to show me where the controls are and explained how the system works in layman's terms. He also quickly validated that it's in good working condition.
