I should start of by saying that Red Mill burgers are amazing! I consider Red Mill to have the best tasting burgers in Seattle and I recommend RM whenever I run into another burger connoisseur. Unfortunately this location can't seem to get my orders right. Their Phinney location doesn't seem to have this issue even with standing room only and a line out the door. On my last visit to this location, I got four bacon deluxe w/cheese burgers. All upgraded to Tillamook cheddar. Two, I didn't want onions on and another I wanted the Impossible patty. When I got home all of the burgers had onions except the impossible burger. I even double explained my order and listened to the cashier explain it to the cook. On my order before that, I ordered two burgers and didn't want onions on one...nope, they both had onions. Then before that I put in an order and of course they messed up the onions as usual, plus the 4 cokes I ordered turned out to be diet coke or some soft drink that tasted like a diet cola. Three wrong orders in a row and each time I visited on a Sundsy, ordered between 2-8 burgers and made sure to leave at least a 20% tip, only to have my order botched. If you come to this location for a to-go order, just expect that you'll have to unwrap each burger and taste every drink. As for me, I'm driving over to the Phinney location from now. That location is further and more out of my way but at least I'll get...

Red Mill Burgers truly stands out, not just as a local chain, but as a contender for the best burgers in the area. Every visit is a treat I genuinely look forward to. There's a certain nostalgia baked into the whole experience—from the classic look of their locations to the simple, focused menu—that makes it feel like more than just a quick meal. The burgers themselves are simply outstanding. What makes them so really great is the perfect execution of the fundamentals. The beef is consistently juicy and flavorful, clearly high quality. They manage to strike that perfect balance where the patty is substantial without being overwhelming. The toppings are key, too. I particularly appreciate their commitment to fresh, crisp lettuce and tomatoes, and the way their secret sauce or whatever condiment they use ties it all together without overpowering the beef. And let's not forget the bun—it's always fresh and holds up to the generous fillings without getting soggy. And their bacon, I could go on forever about how yummy their bacon is! It's the little things that elevate Red Mill from a good burger joint to an exceptional one, solidifying its place as what is probably the best local burger chain around. It's more than just a burger; it's a reliable, delicious...

Ah-MAZE-ING! OMG this place is uber delicious! The burgers are so fricking huge its ridiculous! I had the Bacon & Bleu and I cannot say thru mere words alone how utterly luscious, tasty and downright satisfying it was to savor and gobble in the same breath! On top of the amazing burger I ordered homemade onion rings that were so crispy and delicious which I dipped in their homemade tartar sauce that was to utterly die for. If the above mentioned delights were not enough, lets now wash it down with homemade ice cream shakes in every flavor and/or flavor combination to your hearts content. I had a double chocolate caramel and hands down was the best milkshake of my entire life. To say that I will be back is a complete understatement. Not only will I be back, I will be shouting from the rooftops for all to hear where you need to go in the Magnolia/Fisherman's Terminal area for a homemade uber-delicious burger, onion rings and homemade (yup, I said it folks, HOMEMADE) shake. Goodness gracious mercy me is this the ritz of burger joints. Thank you for allowing me to ramble on, I am...

Oh my God. I started craving a burger yesterday but I didn't want like, a regular fast food burger from McDonald's or some garbage like that. Red Mill is right down the road from where I'm staying and it's the first time I tried it. That was the best burger and fries I have ever had in my life! I totally maxed out and got the bacon double cheeseburger deluxe with fries, as I do not indulge in burgers very often. The patties were juicy and flavorful, covered in melted American cheese, probably at least four thick slices of peppered bacon, fresh lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickle. I opted to have their special mill sauce on the side and just had mayonnaise and mustard on the burger. The bun had sesame seeds and was grilled before they built the burger. The fries come in one huge order, perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Absolutely delicious! If I could give it 10 Stars I would. Best burger I've ever had.

The food is pretty good; however, the building is disgusting which makes me wonder about the kitchen. My husband and I ordered burgers, shakes, and onion rings. The food was decent, but the booth we sat in was absolutely filthy. It started with not being cleaned from the previous patrons. I sat in something sticky, but decided to clean it myself. Went into the bathroom and it wasn't ghastly, but definitely could have better. The filters have caked on dirt and grime. I cleaned my seat and as I look at the items on the wall I noticed the layers of sticky things and dust. While I can take into account this is an older building there is just no excuse for the dining area to be this horrible. This doesn't make me want to go back. In fact I'm hoping we don't get sick.

Great experience eating here. Cashier was friendly and helpful, making good suggestions to us. High customer service skills please give her a raise (sorry didn’t get her name). Fast service.Burgers were tasty and loaded with toppings, but fries were just standard, nothing special. skip the fries and maybe get s different side instead. Interior of restaurant is mostly clean, but one suggestion to management is to make sure to clean the tables frequently. exterior is clean. Parking is minimal at this location, just a heads up! We will return to eat your tasty burgers again. Thank you!
