The Pilates Hub is a warm, inclusive, and relaxed space. The murals, the color scheme, even the reformers, wrap around you like a good hug (cheesy but 100% true.) Whether you are new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, you will find exactly what you need here. The owner, Nathalia, is easy to connect with and makes everyone feel at home - she will meet you where you find yourself in your Pilates practice. I was a client at her previous studio and I know that there are many of us who have followed her to the Hub. Our family has moved to Edmonds, but making the drive down for a class is totally worth it. The studio also includes an enclosed space for private lessons. Our family has moved to Edmonds, but making the drive down for a class is totally worth it. Bonus: If you also are searching for the perfect Pilates socks...you will find them here. I "forget" my socks (this is a socks-only studio) each time I am here to have an excuse to add to my collection.

After taking a 4 year hiatus from regular pilates due to a move, medical issue and a pandemic, I was finally ready to find my studio in seattle. I had tried several prior to the pandemic but never quite felt “home”. August of 2022 I happened across Pilates Hub and creeped on their windows. The giant decal stating”All Bodies are Good Bodies” immediately gave me a good feel. After looking at the website I reached out to inquire about some private sessions. I was lucky enough to end up with Nathalia the owner for 7 weeks and quickly learned the decal was not an empty promise. Everybody at the studio is kind, warm, welcoming and knows their stuff. I also have done privates with Tiffany who is SO amazing and taken classes. I cannot say enough about this studio.

What a beautiful and welcoming space!! I’ve been so nervous to get back into my workout routine since Covid but they are taking all the precautions and made me feel so safe. My instructor Rachel made me feel like I was in a solo class with her corrections and attention to details and form. No need to ever be intimated here if you’re new or just getting back into Pilates! They are all so kind and welcoming here- judgement free. It felt so good to be back to an in person class today! Beautiful, beautiful space, tons of light and mirrors to see form throughout class. I was able to snag free street parking out front no problem, there is a water bottle fill up, lockers and bathrooms all there for use too. Don’t forget your grip socks! (They sell cute ones though if you do...)

On a side note, I had a few issues signing up with the app- I think it was my fault but they were so helpful in sorting it all out and helping me through it with the app company(?).... anyways 10/10 for tech support too!!!

I love supporting this women run business and can’t wait to return! Thanks for making this the best...

As someone with persistent back/hip issues, I've been seeing Rachel for once a week private sessions for 2 years now. She's incredibly warm, extremely knowledgeable and happy to explain the "why" behind the movements, always asks how my body is feeling so she can tailor the session to address my issues, and so patient even when I forget my right from my left (ha!). I always leave feeling much better than when I came in (both mentally and physically). If you sit in front of a computer all day, or have particular aches/pains... I can confirm that this is a good option (and that Rachel is the best!). I will also note that I am a very anxious person and not usually one to participate in something intimidating sounding like pilates...I've always had it in my head that only elite, super fit athletes with expensive outfits participate. The Pilates Hub is refreshingly...
