I gave two star because it’s being nice. I had to go back five times for looking for the same part for my power. Washer is so annoying and home depot still hasn’t gotten it right on top of that. I usually go through the garden department. Just like somebody said They have shopping carts full of beautiful plants just piled on top of each other 9 to 10 shopping cards with all kinds of plants and flowers just thrown in on top of each other to go to the dumpster.I don’t understand because there’s nothing wrong with them, but Home Depot rolls to the back of the garden department or outside the garden department and just leave them there for The Sun to burn up and dry up so that they are completely dead. time they’re going to the trash. Why can’t Home Depot just donate the plants to a school don’t all schools have a community garden or a area where the kids can go and plant some flowers and plant some strawberries and make the place pretty. Florida is a huge agricultural state. Don’t the schools start off in the elementary in the community garden and then junior high with another garden and high school another garden and then in college some of these kids go into some kind of farming .or some kind of agriculture.free plans from Home Depot. I experienced the worst customer service in appliances , they lost a 2,000 dollar purchase I did write up the experience and have a review I was contacted by the main headquarters He apologized for the experience, I was so disgusted that I was going to purchase some more money in the plant section. I decided not to. I don't know where the review went on here, but needless to say, I went against my better judgment and yesterday I went to home and garden I needed mulch and some plants. I purchased 10 bags mulch and a plant I asked the woman at the register if it needed sunlight or shade She looked at me and said I can't grow anything so I have no idea. She then looked at the tag that I couldn't find and she told me full sun I brought it home and I put the mulch down and I looked at my plant and all the beautiful buds and flowers were gone. I also asked a young man to help me load my truck and he walked as slow as possible and just threw the bags in ripping a couple of bags I don't know what is going on in the store but every time there is some sort of problem If you work in a department wouldn't you want all the knowledge that you can get to provide to the consumer so they feel confident with their purchase, it also boosts the amount they spend. I have a pro x account with Home Depot and I have a lot of items I purchase and some that I return. Today when I tried to return things to Sebastian Home Depot a woman named Gail waited on me. I tried to tell her that I had the receipts for two the items but the other items were out of the rental department and that I was unable to get a receipt from them yesterday because something happened with the machine but they assured me it would be in my email. Unfortunately she kept interrupting me as I was trying to tell her this. She checked me through on the two items and said the other items one on the list. I said I was just trying to tell you I did not have that receipt, she said I did not hear you say that. I said I understand that you didn't. And then she said "I really don't care". Word for word that is what she said to me, and I responded that I got that impression. I responded that she could just keep the pads if it was going to be an issue, she then informed me that she could still perform a refund.
