I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had in my life. Unwarranted public humiliation is no joke. It is disappointing to say, but this is a first negative review I've ever left for anyone. This was not a matter of cost or convenience.

I brought my Citizens watch in for a band repair. The little loop that held the band down was broken on one end. I thought maybe Ken might have had some sort of leather glue that could secure the end back down. Rather than him saying that he could not repair it, he cut it off and put a loop on it that was not remotely close to the color of the band that was on the watch nor was it secured. The band was chocolate brown. The loop was golden tan. Although I was upset that he completely cut the loop off without my permission or informing me that he was going to do so, I did not say anything. I politely told him that it did not match, and that is not what I was looking for.

I asked him if he had any other Citizens bands that I might buy (that would replace the now permanently broken one). He pulled out a couple of bands that were not a close color, nor were they Citizens. If he didn't carry Citizens bands, a simple no would have sufficed. Rather, he yelled at me and told me to get out and repeatedly screamed at me and told me to get out. In shock, I said nothing and slowly began backing out of the store. When I got close to the exit, he yelled at me to come back. He snatched the ring loop off of the watch and yelled at me to get out.

This man was not provoked, and by no means did I remotely deserve this treatment. I used to go to Ken when he had that little shop in the back of Sears many years ago. He was always kind to me, and i respected him.

I will never go back to that store again. I will never recommend anyone to go to that store and receive the same treatment that I received...

I brought in a special piece of jewelry and asked for it to be reset in a ring setting. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Ken (I believe is his name) did an amazing job! I couldn’t believe it. He is so good at his craft. I would highly recommend this place. My husband had bought in a clock some months earlier.
