IHOP — Restaurant in Florida

Knowing how I used to take my young ones to a Restaurant called (I Hoop) a very clean happy welcoming place, made me proud to eat at this place. And now my grandkids have kids of there own and still enjoy visiting (I Hop).But when I visited Your place it kind of made my jaw drop, on how niglected, this Restaurant is and looks. The kitchen area discussting, food left to be picked up, uncovered and I even saw a fly. If only I would of taken some picture, they would spoken louder than my words. Tables dirty while, they wait for customers, to arrive then they clean the tables. Need I speak about the bathroom, dirty and bad oder. I'm sorry to make a survey of this magnitude. Let's teach, instruct, and let the imployees know presentation and customer values must be a Plus that's what I was tought that customer's are the ones that pay there salury. Unless something is done I nore my family, will never Dine here again. I think that the owners of this most famous IHop Restaurant, should be proud to be owners of this Family Restaurant that I used to be proud of. I think something could be done to fix this issue. So since everything was closed Christmas Day my boyfriend, a few friends and myself decided to go and have lunch. BAD decision!!! We ended up with the worst waitress Keaundra !!! She blamed the cooks for all her wrong doings ! Everyone at the table ordered burgers.. After we placed our order i started a timer and she waited 28 minutes before even checking on us . At this point our drinks were empty and we were aggravated at the fact that she kept saying our food was on its way and blaming the cooks . After nearly an hour our food arrived with the exception of one of our friends and well lets just say she waited on her burger so long that we were done eating at this point! Ughhhhh so aggravating because the food is good . Oh it gets worse . Good thing we payed cash because one of our friends got charged twice and guess what????? 😡 Keaundra decided to give herself a tip as well when we all tipped cash ( yes we tipped even though she didnt deserve it) !!! What a bad experience ! KEAUNDRA if u are reading this shame on you for stealing !!!! By the way this review is written by a waitress...

Was getting late so I called ahead to ask if the restaurant had public wifi and a place to plug in my computer & was told by a man they do. When I got there they remembered me and I was seated right away. I then placed an order. However, my phone hooked up to the wifi but not my laptop. The option wouldn't even appear. A woman waitress passing by laughed & said the reception was awful there (wish I'd have known when I called). My Hotspot wouldn't work and the waiter even tried using his hotspot but also wouldn't work. Finally my food came (grits as an appetizer but all at the same time). Oopsy, no utensils. And waiter passed and I'd hoped he'd ask if everything was ok but didn't so I finally asked for my fork, which he brought right away. Food was good. I really debated on two or three stars but finally settled on what I did since all told I spent $23 plus five dollar tip and STILL had to go someplace else to upload what I needed and spend more money. Smelled kinda funny in there. Also asked for a table wipe down...
