The attendant taking the order was extremely rude when we asked about sides for a combo meal saying only fries were available, when we got to the window to ask to try and switch our sides from fries to green beans the cashier said that wouldn’t be a problem. They asked us to park and the meal would be brought right out with a new receipt.
I understand the lobby is closed for health reasons and I’m more than fine with that. But at least ten other customer pulled through with their orders with out delay. I went to knock on the door to see if we misunderstood where to wait and we were waved to go away. We pulled back into the line to inquire and were told the food had been brought out but no one was there. They asked us to pull back around front again and the girl would bring it out again.
We pulled back to the front of the restaurant and waited another few minutes with now sign of anyone coming out. I again went to the door to see if I’d misunderstood where to wait ( there are three doors ) and after knocking again I could see an employee handing bags to another to be brought out.
When the employee finally came to the door I calmly pointed out that at least ten other customers had been served while having us wait, as I was curious what the hold up had been for a change of sides. The employee rudely scoffed at me and said the food had to cook, yet another employee told us they had already brought the food out but we weren’t there?? Then she proceeded to shut the door as if no one was there.
Look I get that it’s a pandemic and the food service business is having to adjust. I’ve worked in many a waitressing and customer service job and it comes down to communicating with your customers. Rushing a customer/cutting them off as they are trying to order, ignoring customers and flat out lying just doesn’t sit right with me. Read moreWent for dinner tonight. Poor excuse for customer service, and food quality was far below average. We had a 36 minute wait for my husbands food to come out, of course everyone else is done eating by this time, and his side's are cold. Biscuits were hard, felt like they'd been there since lunch. The entire staff acted and appeared as if it were their first day on the job. One of the girls in striped shirt (manager I think) is wearing house slipper/slides, one girl is ON her cell phone while making food. Sugar ants swarming the area where the straws, salt and pepper are. Just a bad experience all around. I spent way too much money there to not have gotten at least a smile or "have a great night". Even a kiss my butt enjoy your burnt behind cold chicken wouldn't been better than the dead...

They tell me im being upcharged for an item and completely neglect to include said item in my order. It's gotten to the point that I will no longer be ordering or going to their establishment. As a Bartender and server for over 10 years it pains me to say their customer service is non existent except for one gentleman I had in the window once.
