Customer service there is sorely lacking. It's very difficult to get somebody to give you help. Don't even ask for getting help loading your van your pretty much pointed to the item and you're supposed to load it in there yourself. They're more concerned about getting to lunch on time. If you're planning to use that location prepare to be there a really long time.
Edit to my review. So I dropped off again at this same location and guess what same horrible service. I had to lug 2 heavy boxes up to the counter instead of advising me to back my van up to the loading dock. Plus I had an additional wait at the counter as the counter person just disappeared. As for this I dropped my rating to one star. And to the owner please don't ask for my phone number as all of your clients should get better service without speaking to you directly. Read moreTalked to a sales rep (Brandi) to make an order yesterday. She told me it would be ready by 11am today. I drove up from Philadelphia to pick up the order and When I got to the RoseBrand warehouse at 1:00pm nothing was ready and the warehouse folks had no record of the order despite the fact that it had been paid for. Had to sit and wait for them to figure out that it was already paid for due to incompetence and poor communication of the sales rep. Sales reps were not accomodating or apologetic and blamed everything on another department. Overall was a terrible cutomer experience. Would not recommend rosebrand.
