Brian's Gym 24 Hour — Local services in Sedalia

The worst customer service!!! I don’t know who is giving you high ratings here but it will not be coming from me! I have tried and tried to cancel this gym for a while now, I have went there in person no one is allowed to open the doors for anyone, I have called and I can never get anyone, you have made your hours impossible to come in and sigh the cancellation!!!! Today I received a phone call that Bryan’s gym reported me to collections, I paid religiously for 2 years, and when it was impossible for me to cancel, I went to my bank and cancel it that way, well that’s where the collection came in. So I called the gym, Melissa rude and u professional!!! Not a place for you to serve customers!!! She told me on the phone to come in and sign the paperwork, I get there and she refuses to give me the papers to sign!!!!! You all are pretty desperate to keep your clients!!!! This is not acceptable!!! I will never recommend this gym to anyone!!! Shame on you for doing this to people that hi supported your business!!!! Shame on you!!! And the owner himself finally came out and was just as rude as his beverage...

Moved and forgot about membership since I haven't went in long time and changed banks. No calls or notifications, first I hear about it is a collections agency trying to collect about $600. Unbelievable!

EDIT for Response 10/22: Don't know what company you used but they didn't leave any voicemails and I didn't get any letters. I can check call records if you want to give me dates and times they tried to call. Keep in mind, like most people, if it said spam likely on caller id, I won't answer those calls, but I would have checked voicemail transcriptions to see if anything important was left. Also Collections did said $600 something on the call, they were able to reach me just fine. Also note, if you would have called and showed Brian's Gym on my Caller ID, I would've recognized that name and likely knew what the call was for, outsourcing that, means you have situations like these. Single phone call on your side would likely...

My Fiancé and I joined Brian’s gym about a week ago and I have to tell you that what we have here in Sedalia is not only the best in town but probably all of Missouri. I could go on about the equipment being first class, functional, well-spaced and designed so that you ALWAYS have a great workout….but I think I need to let you know my experience….and Brian’s is BETTER than all of them. I worked out in the Sedalia Athletic Club starting in the mid eighties…followed them from north limit to Dan’s new facility on the west side….I’ve worked out at Golds Gym with world class athletes….I’ve been to the best Bally’s in South Florida….I’ve worked out at independent gyms from Florida to Missouri….I’ve been in more PF locations than I can remember. Nothing…absolutely NOTHING compares to Brian’s Gym. Probably the closest thing to a PERFECT GYM in the Midwest. Hats of to Brian...
