What a special neighborhood! Our homes are very well built with wide traffic areas, roomy bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, lots of daylight through large windows and an open concept. Each home has a fenced area to keep our furry friends safely contained in between leashed walks through our neighborhood. We enjoy a beautiful common clubhouse with a fully furnished kitchen, fireplace and livingroom area where we gather for routine potlucks, game nights, Super Bowl parties and family gatherings. The outdoor recreational area is a near acre where pickle ball, bocce ball, cornhole, horseshoes , frisbee and model airplane flying take place through the good weather months. Because the development is new and and still being built we are all "new" residents and quick to welcome each arrival. I never expected to make so many new friends so quickly and easily! Besides all of the amenities in our immediate neighborhood we have access to several nature hikes of every level and great bicycle paths. Sedro-Wooley, Burlington and Mt. Vernon offer a wide variety of restaurants, entertainment and a high quality healthcare marketplace. We have the friendly down home small town feel with amenities often found only in a more urban area. We also have a bus stop right at our entrance. Our personal and communal landscape is all cared for by a landscaping service so leave your lawnmowers and hedge trimmers behind when you move in.
