CUSTOMERS BEWARE. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETHICS. I have stopped here once a day for almost 2 years because its closet to my home. Never had a problem purchasing Zyns or other products. Although I have heard many arguments in the past from other customers having issues. I just kind of ignored. Well today I went back with the original receipt with the clerk's note and signature to return or swap a Zyn package where the zyzns were blown out and powder everywhere that I had purchased. The clerk the day before told me she couldn't swap it, so to come back and the owner will. So 2 days later I go in this morning to show him and swap for a new one. He snaps back at me saying he will give me my money back but IM NOT ALLOWED TO BUY ZYNS FROM HIM ANYMORE. This surprised me, how is that even ethical or any sort of customer service skills? I was caught off guard with this and asked what he means, and that I just want to swap it. He again get mad at me for no reason and said no, he won't sell them to me anymore. I asked for a reason and he didn't provide it, so I told him that he will lose my buisness over this, he said that was my choice.... So adding up in my head I have easily punched close to 15k dollars in fuel and merchandise. I will also be telling my buddies not to go there. His attitude cost his buisness money today. I only get gas here. My only complaint would be the black top entrance and exit has numerous deep pot holes. A couple of which I'm suspicious of giving me front end problems after driving thru.
