Ok, so I, myself, never normally have a problem here. The food is good, service is friendly and prompt. But on this particular day, things must have just been off. So I come in through the drive through with my friend who is visiting from Or. He orders a Mushroom and Swiss burger, and to add a patty... So now for a sec, just think about how literal people can be, and how specific people are about their food. First, a guy takes the order with as much enthusiasm as a slug on a lazy day. Then, very bright and perky female comes on and asks, "So you wanted a Mushroom and Swiss burger with an extra patty on the side?" He says yes.. I am thinking in my head, after experience in fast food, and just the food industry all together, I already know what is about to happen. So most burgers are on the menu as 1/4lb but most come in 1/2lb as well. So what he wanted, was basically a half pound Mushroom and Swiss burger... Literally got the 1/4lb burger, with an extra patty in a plastic container on the lmao!!! I thought it was hilarious, he was pissed.. I honestly don't know who to blame for that one. But I normally go in and get the 1/2lb Flamethrower burger, just the sandwich, and never have a problem... I asked my friend, why he worded his order, to what seemed weird to me??.. He said, because when I order it differently they always give me the meal.... I am a VERY, literal person too... So you can imagine why I can say I want just the sandwich but for some reason is a difficult process for others... Take from this what you will... I have never had bad service...
Read moreIf I could give this establishment minus stars I would. I went there on 12/04/17 at 8:46PM and stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. A girl named Mariah finally came to the counter with another persons order, then turned the Blizzards upside down and it spilled out a bit. The customer said something about it and she said it is just ice cream. She left the ice cream on the floor. I placed my order they watched in horror as it was prepared. The Blizzard machine was dirty below. It looked like someone vomited all over it. They were not rinising the blade between orders, just putting everyone's cup on the same blade. We got our Blizzards and they were liquidy, my spoon had ice cream dripping off it on the handle, the sides had ice cream running down. I paid $8.03 for nothing. I stood at the counter because I was going to complain and no one acknowledged me. We came home and could not even eat them. I had cookie dough in my candy cane Blizzard. It was gross. This morning I tried calling the store. No one will answer the phone, so I filed a complaint with the Health Department. I even called the Health Department and learned that the Health Department has been out there January, March and Mid November regarding complaints...guess what? They will be out there soon AGAIN. I will not EAT there ever again and have told my friends also. Some one is going to get very sick from this place. Please DO...
Read moreAbsolutely disgusting and poor service!! I would give it zero stars if it would let me!!!! I spent over 20 minutes in line waiting for 4 cars orders. The car in front of me received the wrong order and had to be refunded and reordered. When given my food the proceeded to give me the wrong order. They had to redo my order as well. They still gave me the wrong blizzard(which they did replace, and correctly). However, the first bag of food they handed me was cold! I let them know right away and they replaced my food. When I grabbed the bag the bag was warm. I didn't even get out of the drive thru when I realized my food was, again, cold!! I can't back up because of the cars so I pull around front. They apparently have the lobby closed. I called them and they told me there was nothing they could do about my order unless I wanted to wait in line, again, for likely cold food. At this point the line for the drivethru is into the highway!! I was not waiting again. They would not correct my food, nor refund me. Needless to say, I will not be going there again. Make this right! At least give me a refund for the disgusting cold soggy food and wrong beverage you gave me! And train your staff on how to prepare food. I don't know how you could ever pass a food inspection at this rate(this is not the first time I've had this experience there, let alone other...
