Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

Let me explain the three star rating. I'll give the food four stars () for this visit, otherwise five stars (*). The reason is, the deep dish pie I got this day was not fully cooked. The bread was doughy and undercooked. And the service on the day I went with a friend was horrible. I would give the service ZERO stars. We arrived a two minutes early and the open sign was on so I tried the door, locked. So, went around back, got an employee at the window and sked if by any chance my order was ready, only to be rudely informed that it was not. So I tried to calmly make the suggestion that they leave the open sign off until they were actually open, only to be cut off mid sentence and barked at and treated rudely. When my order was ready I attempted to say thank you, but the employee just tossed the order on the counter and she walked away, ignoring me completely. Other than this day, my experience with Little Caesars has been fantastic. The pies are always good, cooked through and very tastey. My recommendation is this, do not show up early expecting your order might possibly be ready. If anything, arrive a minute or two late, and you should be good to go, and your pie will still be hot if you place your order online or in the app as it will be in one of their hot lockers waiting for you. Went to Little Caesars (Store #10862) and ordered the lunch special through the online app. The process was smooth, and my order was ready in about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, my experience took a shocking turn.

When I finally sat down to eat the pizza, I discovered reddish-orange hair baked throughout. At first, I thought it might be cheese, but it was very clearly human hair—fine and dyed. It was disgusting and completely ruined my appetite.

I went back to the store and spoke with someone at the counter. While she refunded me and offered to make another pizza, her response felt dismissive. She mentioned something about a tool or a cleaner brush they use, but this was obviously not bristles from a tool. This was human hair, baked right into the pizza. I was shocked that she was trying to convince me it was from their bristle cleaner brush like having that inside someones pizza is acceptable and has happened before?

This experience was especially disappointing because I rarely eat pizza—it’s more of a treat for me. To have it ruined in this way, and to feel like my concerns weren’t taken seriously, was upsetting. I won’t be returning to...

Honestly honestly well we actually love Little Caesars and the fact that it's weird seeing so many weird comments and replies to all of their systems it gets a little out of hand because they serve good pizza but the comment that is going to be under me and sorry I'm glad we actually Louisville Caesars because they serve awesome Pizza like deep dish pizzas two for Tuesday that's a great deal and the new pepperoni crust pizza that's good but the fact that its orbit like the one three strikes you're out theme I mean seriously I know that they could be a little out of hand great Pizzeria in if I could give it a try now 32 Stars because they are the most awesomest Pizzeria that I have gone to I mean I'm going to Pizza Factory they're great dessert Buffet all season I would say that they're still awesome and the fact I think all pizzerias quote to a great life for the Creator Cascade pizza and though I may not like their Pizza is there a good appetizers but anyway thanks for reading Washington...
