This review is primarily based on service and quality of the headpiece i received for my wedding day. I will start by saying the lady who helped me try on dresses was very helpful and i found a beautiful dress for my wedding day. Since my dress was more than $600 OVER my budget, I was debating on whether to purchase the dress i fell in love with or continue to shop to see if there was another i loved as much. The owner of the store nicely offered me my veil and headpiece for free if i purchased the expensive dress, this helped "seal the deal" for met since these combined items were over $400, and i was told i could make a final decision on the headpiece/veil i wanted when i came back for my fitting. When i went for my trial fitting to see what needed to be hemmed I wanted to try on the veil and headpiece. I actually found another headpiece i liked more. When paying the remaining balance for the dress, they charged me an extra $85 towards the headpiece since it was more expensive (it was only $30 more so I'm not sure how they came up w/ $85 as the number). I didnt mind paying the extra since this was the look I wanted for my wedding. I had noticed it was missing some gems and the ladies said they would order a new one for me. Well 2 weeks before my wedding, at my final fitting, not only did they hand me the same headpiece with missing gems, but IT WAS ACTUALLY BROKEN and looked like it had been GLUED. It was very upsetting to have a broken headpiece 2 weeks before my wedding, but even more upsetting that they had 2 months prior to this to order a new one but instead they glued it together, hoping i wouldn't notice. They were unable to get me a new one in time for my wedding and told me they would refund me money or give it to me for free--which didn't make sense since it was already "free" w/ purchase of a dress. However when i purchased my dress well over 9mnths prior I was not under the impression I would get a "free broken headpiece". Upon returning my headpiece, they were only willing to give me the $85 extra i had pay for this--The headpiece was a $190 value, which i explained to them I would rather have a new unbroken headpiece as i was promised in the first place when i purchased my dress if they were not going to refund me the value of the headpiece. I honestly wish i would have saved myself 4hrs worth of driving every time i went to that store and just made a local purchase in the Lancaster area. Everybody was so nice so you make a purchase, but afterwards very rude when having issues that they could have fixed! BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING EXPENSIVE ACCESSORIES FROM THIS STORE-LOOK THEM OVER, THEY MAY BE BROKEN OR...

Very poor and rude service and super disappointing. I went with my boyfriends sister to find a prom dress. She made an appointment and even emailed prior about plus sized dresses and was told there was 4 so she figured she’d try them. She got showed the dresses and told two of them wouldn’t fit her prior to even trying them. Very degrading. She then was ignored when a girl of a smaller size came in. Wasn’t checked on or asked if we needed help. Didn’t get any help trying the dresses on or getting them zipped. She also wasn’t told any information about the dresses she tried. When we left we didn’t even get a goodbye, good luck, or thank you for coming in. If the ladies there wouldn’t look good in the dresses then they shouldn’t be looking down on the young girls who struggle more who want the whole fun prom experience and finding a dress is a big part of that. This shop will NEVER be getting any service from us...

I have worked with Bride’s bouquets for years, I got my prom dresses from them, and had no doubt in my mind I wanted to use them for my wedding dress. I purchased a dress for my wedding in October. When my dad got sick and we decided to move our wedding date up, I didn’t want to wear my original dress and needed something ASAP. I called them on a Friday, they got me in the next day, had a dress already picked out for me they thought would work, and had it altered by that Thursday for me to pick up and wear for my wedding that next day.
