I would leave ZERO STARS if possible! Never in my life have I been spoken too and treated the way I was by Devin this week and Kristina last week who i just found out after speaking to corporate that she is the assistant manager and he is the manager! They are hateful did not resolve any issues lied to me about a warranty Kristina argued with me saying that I needed too "check my yard there was no way the plugs I bought were the ones I brought in!" Then replaced wires and plugs anyway and let it go this was last week fast forward to today the wires I just got last week ARE ALREADY MESSED UP Devin after instantly being defensive and hateful from the beginning of the conversation finally says well as far as the plugs go you never had a warranty on them so I asked then why did your employee argue with me for 45 minutes saying I brought the wrong ones in and why was I promised before I did this that I would for sure get a refund for wires and plugs? I made the statement that at this point im just ready to wash my hands with O'Reilly's and be done with it. This man (Devin) says ok sounds good we are ready to wash our hands with this situation AND YOU bring the wires and all of the receipts in so we can be done with this dont forget the box too!!! (The box that they made me bring the old wires in last week🤦‍♀️) 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS O'Reilly's for ANYTHING I talked to autozone they helped me thru all of it seen me literally beside myself crying listened to me vent and did everything they could to help also FYI they do price match dont bother going there!!!!! EDIT TO ADD CORPORATE AND THE DISTRICT MANAGER DID NOT TAKE THIS SITUATION LIGHTLY they were very helpful listened to me and were very disappointed in the way I was treated! THANK YOU...

For the girls: If the older man is there, don’t let him assist you. I went in to buy new windshield wipers and he was the only associate available. I tell him what i need, he asks me my make and model. Tells me that passenger and drivers side are $28.99 each. That is not how much I’ve bought them for in the past so I ask if he’s sure because in the past I’ve bought them for around $17 each. he says “Maybe at Walmart, but that’s how much they are here.” I say okay that’s fine then because he was being very unpleasant and I didn’t want to talk to him anymore. he then asks another associate (female) to finish my transaction. so I ask her if it’s normal for each blade to be around $30 each. she tells me no that is for our most expensive option. i tell her yeah no I’m definitely not interested in the most expensive option and get my regular $17 each windshield wiper blades.
