Oxford Square — Local services in Seminole

Landlords are crazy! So a new space opened and called them, that spot was unavailable but another tenant moved out, 1100 square feet, pretty ragged out inside said that I couldn’t see it until it was clean. Last Saturday I went it and saw it had potential, asked about a/c age they had no idea, asked about electrical panel, said it was three phase, was not. They didn’t want fryers in, which I don’t use anyway and everything could be done on 150 amps, I am a small bakery by appointment only. Told them I want the space, then they would answer for four days. My dad called and they said they didn’t want to rent it to me after all that and lied about the insurance issues. Then on Saturday they called my father back and said yes they wanted to rent to me but they would pull in an electrician if I could give them all the specs on my machine. I was dumbfounded. So two Days later I called back and the gentleman says he can’t talk right now so I asked him do you want to rent to me or not? He said my wife does it and he said he couldn’t talk to me now he had a medical issue to deal with. I personally think that they are crazy, and my biggest concerns were unlicensed work in the facility telling me everything would work. I need to know that before I move into any space. There is no way I would recommend anybody renting from them...
