I went to the location 10835 102nd Ave in Largo on October 20th 2025 @ 2:35 pm order # 1048155. I called my order in before I left work knowing it would be fresh and hot me being only 10 minutes away. Once I arrived there was only a lady named Debbie there. I stood there patiently knowing she was answering the phone making and boxing the orders, after about 3 to 4 minutes later a gentleman came in walked by me and this is when she asked him to help me he walked up to the register and I thought he was clocking in and maybe then he would assist me. He then without saying anything turned around and sat down. I said nothing. Deborah asked if he had helped me. I said no, he ignored me. He then started telling me that he asked if he could help me?? I calmly said you did not ask me anything. At this point he cursed at me telling me there’s the door. I calmly asked him for a number to complain about his rudeness and cursing he stood up and like bent over and says I’m Mack I’ll even spell it for you and he did actually spell it .He said go ahead and complain it comes to me and I’ll throw it away. I did stay for my order because my wife wanted to try the cheese steak puffs. At this time the lady came out gave me the puffs she said his name is Jack This is the rudest manger I have ever came across. Well Jack I guess you will read this but try to throw it away if the franchise owner would like to contact me my number is on the receipt # 1048155 this guy needs a Vacation badly, Worst service ever!!!!! For the past couple years I go in and I always just grab whatever's hot n ready, and Every. Single. Time. It is the same girl every time and she never gives me a receipt and it's always an incorrect amount of change. At first I thought nothing of it because her english was a bit ruff but over the years her english got better and it turned to every single time I went this happened. When they greet the customers it doesn't seem polite in my opinion like she is frustrated or something and one time when I actually asked for a receipt she got upset that I had asked for it. I regret not looking at her name tag if she was wearing one. Another thing I had noticed is they were handling the money with floured hands and then going back to work and pizza. I know when the pizza is cooked it most likely kills any germs but still, the money? touching their face? on their phone? While I waited for a few minutes, which I didn’t mind doing, I watched a female manager, repeatedly yell very loudly at her employees for mistakes she thinks there’s a making, and she even yelled at them when she was questioning what they were doing. All of her employees wandered around, rolling their eyes at her while she yelled. When my food that I waited a really long time for was ready she turned around to yell at the kid who was making my crazy bread as to whether or not he made it right and I mentioned to her the only problem I saw is that nobody in there is wearing any kind of gloves. He wrapped up my crazy bread with his bare hands to put it in the bag. She and everybody in there with long hair, including the boy who did the crazy bread have no hats no hair nets and I watch them them repeatedly run their hands through their hair to get it out of their face.
