These people are so pushy, and can not understand the word no! I go in for something and the staff will not stop pushing to cross sell, even after no , I am good, I do not need has been repeated over and over again. I go for a cart, they try to insist that i purchase a wasteful and environmentally damaging plastic disposable. I want only one, but was literally harassed to buy more than one. And then flower..I do not smoke flower I said this over and over again but they literally stuck flower in my face and tried to force me to smoke a sample. I only go there if I am in a pinch, I could go half a mile up Seminole Blvd to Viper, get much better product for half the price, be treated with respect and not have to expose myself to the vibe Leo has created in his store. ( very low moral with his staff). And they are dishnest.. claiming their carts are 95% thc and charging $40 for a gram. I can only imagine how many they have triggered..pushing their the products like dope pushers. I'd love to see the analysis on this"95% thc" cartridge.. very honestly, Budget carts are so much more effective. If you value you your immediate mental health and don't want to be aggressively pushed to buy what you do not want ( then be spoken to like you are a problem) go elsewhere..there certainly isn't a shortage of good head shops in the area. Respect yourself because these people certainly will not...

Scammy place. Every time you have to check out the people working have to call someone to enter in charges. This place will try to sell you weed from the back. When you tell them no, they will then try and sell you on the “dabs” they have in back instead. My experience with this place has been extremely uncomfortable. Tonight I accidentally overlooked a no nicotine vape after very blatantly looking at all nicotine ones. The other one I purchased even was a nicotine vape. I had clarified I was looking for “strawberry kiwi” type flavors. My fault for not catching this but when I called to ask if it’s something they’d be able to rectify, a guy answered and immediately was accusatory saying I needed to “specifically ask for the mg nicotine I’m looking for or I will receive no nicotine” and that he had to ask the girl working if I said this - he was never interested in being kind, he was just a jerk. I’m not one to take the time to write a review but after the experience my dad received both today and yesterday. Something needs to be said, I work in customer service myself and behavior like theirs would not be tolerated in my work environment. Smoke shops are not just for the younger crowd and that needs to be acknowledged by the staff at this location. Sometimes your customer is a stage 4 brain cancer patient that could really use some helpful advice and patience! Because my dad received such poor service yesterday, he was forced to return today for the exact item that he had tried buying yesterday. I am disgusted to hear how my dad was treated while shopping at this location. Not only was there lack of assistance to answer questions and help purchase the product that he was searching for. But they also did it with a poor attitude and offensive tone, that even a healthy person would have left their store unsatisfied. We won’t be returning for any...
