The manager with the long black hair with the baby hair at the front of her forehead was extremely rude, I wasn’t able to catch her name unfortunately so thats the best i can describe her, my apologies. She was very rude to me because I had to put a bunch of things back because of inflation now a days. the only 2 people that showed kindness and care this evening to me and my children during this holiday season were the little blonde girl about 16 years old (didn’t catch her name either) and Crystal the blonde behind the customer service desk. They both truly made a difference in my night and my childrens night and even said hello to my children, (the young blonde and Crystal) smiled at me and my children and showed genuine kindness at this hard time. I understand it may be annoying to have to put stuff back in the proper place but there’s absolutely no need to mean mug me or treat me badly because of it. Kindness is always the answer. Im guessing the reason why the cashiers look so depressed and zombie like and dont ask how us customers are is because of the management. This needs to be changed. I used to work at winn dixie years ago at another location and it was NEVER like THIS. Winn dixie was the best place to shop at back then, idk what happened to this place! truly unfortunate. Read moreI dont know who manages this store but they need to train all their employees better with customer service. My usual is on Park but I wasn't impressed with my cashier. Lack of baggers or the customer service young girl who screwed me at the lottery counter by not hitting the right button on my free winning ticket this occured yesterday Thursday around 3pm.... she was the most the most terrible cust service counter associate I've ever had. Instead of her asking the customer what to print out..... she should know ...she needs more training ..if I had the time to be a Karen yesterday I should have asked for the mgr..... however I had a 150 cart full of stuff I needed to get home vs worriing about the terrible service I received that day.....when u receive outstanding service every other win Dixie you guys stand out as horrible.the store itself from entering produce side is clusters of junk thats a maize u need to get around .....and im only 160 not 300 lbs or disabled but I'd be rather upset if was my elderly mother trying to shop in that managerie you call a market........going from produce to your drink isle was a corn maize of hell you basically bump into people I was so frustrated I didn't even finish my shopping.....the lines werw short no wait.....I now know why....good luck mgr.....go train your people and fix your floor junk... ...
Read moreThe store manager and corporate should review their teams management. I am a Publix and Target shopper and between my husband and I have 40+ years in corporate end of retail management. We strongly suggest step back and take a look at your teams morale and who is driving it. The team in this store looks exhausted, beat and unhappy and it took me one second in your chip/soda aisle at 820pm to see why. A supervisor that I never once saw during my time shopping cut in front of me with her shopping cart and proceeded to stop blocking the aisle next to a male employee zoning. She then has the audacity to start coaching him, accusing him of stocking the same water all night and sends him home in front of me with zero professionalism. FYI whether or not he was doing an adequate job your supervisor (member of management) should be more aware of her environment and customer perception.
