🌟🌟🌟🌟 Good Times at Taste of Punjab! 🍛🤩 Nestled at 10625 117 Dr N, Largo, FL 33773, Taste of Punjab is a treasure trove of flavorful Indian cuisine that's sure to satisfy your taste buds! With a solid 4/5 stars, my visit here was definitely a delightful experience. 👩‍🍳 Lina: The Superstar Server! 🏃‍♀️💧 Our time at Taste of Punjab was made even more enjoyable by Lina, our server, who was an absolute delight. From her speedy service to her warm and welcoming attitude, she made us feel like VIPs. 💁‍♀️🥤 Lina was on top of her game, ensuring our water glasses were never empty and consistently checking if we needed anything. Her attentive care truly elevated our dining experience. 👏🙌 🏠 Homely Ambiance with a Whiff of Aroma 🏠👃 Walking into Taste of Punjab felt like stepping into an Indian haven. The decor exuded a homely charm that instantly put us at ease. The aroma that lingered in the air was a perfect teaser for the scrumptious food that awaited us. 🍛👃 The restaurant's surroundings, though not the fanciest, carried an inviting aura that made us feel right at home. 🏡💫 🍛 Bursting with Flavor: Indian Classics Done Right! 🌶️🍗 The star of the show was undeniably the food! Taste of Punjab delivered on its promise of authentic flavors that danced on our taste buds. 🌶️🍽️ Starting with the Chicken 65 as an appetizer, we knew we were in for a treat. My friend's choice, the Butter Chicken, was a creamy dream of succulent boneless chicken cooked to perfection. 🍗🍛 As for me, the Karahi Lamb was a delightful explosion of curry spices and bell peppers, served in a wok dish. The authenticity and depth of flavor in every bite was a testament to the kitchen's mastery. 🤤🔥 🌟 An Invitation for Every Palate! 🥂🌞 In summary, Taste of Punjab offers a good dining experience with friendly service, inviting decor, and delectable Indian cuisine that stays true to tradition. 🌟✨ Lina's attentive care added a personal touch, making us feel like cherished guests. The comforting ambiance and flavorful dishes make this restaurant a hidden gem worth discovering. 🍛🎉 Whether you're an Indian cuisine enthusiast or new to the flavors, Taste of Punjab is an inviting haven for every palate. 🥂🌞 So, if you're seeking a culinary adventure that will leave you smiling and satisfied, head over to Taste of Punjab and treat yourself to an Indian feast that's full of heart and flavor. 🍛🍽️💖 I hope this review captures the essence of your experience! Let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with. 😊

I visited here having read some positive reviews and 4.7 Star. Please do not trust these reviews and Star ratings anymore. The Food is okay but not at all authentic Indian Food which is supposed to be yummy. I ordered Paneer Makhani but the taste was so mediocre. I'm not sure if they really have a North Indian Chef here. Paneer items are usually a traditional food from the Northern states of India. Even in India, if you are in South India, you rarely find a good and tasty North Indian restaurant there. Likewise, if you are in North India, you would rarely find a restaurant serving tasty South Indian items like Dosa, Idly or Vada. The Paneer Makhani which I ordered was very very mediocre. Also, the Tandoori Roti ordered by me seemed to be a Frozen Tandoori Roti heated in their kitchen. You may find these Tandoori Roti Naan, Garlic Naan in any Indian Grocery frozen food section. Please do not get misled by these Restaurants selling frozen foods that too at exorbitant prices. If someone could taste the frozen Naans or Garlic Naans available in Patel Foods grocery store, they would believe my words and never would order any menus which are typically frozen food. It's high time, we get aware of what an authentic Indian food is and how it's prepared and how it tastes. Last but not the least, when I asked the Server about the difference between the Paneer Butter Masala and Paneer Makhani, she was not aware of these things, probably because she was not an Indian. She was in such a hurry to cover up her shortcomings that she started to note down Paneer Masala. Ultimately, I had to request the intervention of another Server who was well aware of the difference and he informed me that they don't serve Paneer Butter Masala but only Paneer Masala and Paneer Makhani. My dear readers and Google users, please make yourselves aware of the different Indian foods and the traditional way of preparing those. Never visit a Restaurant run by a South Indian to taste the Punjabi Food and likewise be careful when you want to taste a South Indian Food please make sure you don't visit a Restaurant run by a North Indian. But there could always be some rare exceptions. Good luck!!

Had to go twice to be sure the review would be accurate since I wanted to love this place, but just can not. Located in an old strip center the inside is very basic and dated. You'll be greeted with friendly service and the friendly service will carry through dinner. On the first visit, the Chili Chicken was deep fried chicken nuggets with some spice. Very dry. It was overcooked. The Tandoori was also very dry. The chicken was stringy and dry. The lamb flaked apart it was so dry. The shrimp rubbery and over cooked. The garlic naan was okay. I thought maybe this place would do better another day. On the second visit the Chicken Korma was a miss as well. The dish simply did not have the bold flavor Indian food is known for. The Korma was on par with the Sharwoods Korma Sauce that comes in a jar, just add chicken and you have the same dish. Sure it's Indian flavors. But you won't find the bold fresh spices of India you desire if you been to India.

Taste of Punjab is an absolute gem among Tampa Bay's Indian cuisine offerings - it unequivocally stands out as the epitome of exceptional, fresh North Indian cuisine! My personal experience, along with that of our entire office, attests to the fact that we've frequented this establishment numerous times, and every visit has been nothing short of spectacular.

The hallmark of Taste of Punjab is their unwavering commitment to freshness. The food is consistently prepared with the utmost care, and the service is nothing less than outstanding, always delivered with a warm and genuine smile. I find myself making the pilgrimage to this culinary haven at least once a week, eager to indulge in dishes that are crafted daily on-site.

Indian cuisine, as many know, is a culinary art form that demands precision and finesse. Chef BK, the mastermind behind the scenes, is a maestro in his craft. His unwavering presence in the kitchen ensures that every dish emerges with unparalleled perfection. What truly sets Taste of Punjab apart is Chef BK's willingness to go the extra mile to customize your meal to your specific preferences. He welcomes the challenge of experimenting with different flavors and consistently surprises me with delightful culinary innovations.

In my culinary adventures at Taste of Punjab, I've had the pleasure of savoring a multitude of dishes, each a unique masterpiece. I have even dared to test Chef BK's expertise by requesting variations on his renowned cuisine, and I can confidently say that he has never failed to pleasantly surprise me.

In conclusion, Taste of Punjab has not only mastered the art of North Indian cuisine but has elevated it to a level of excellence that is unparalleled in Tampa Bay. If you're seeking the pinnacle of Indian gastronomy, where freshness, service, and culinary expertise converge, look no further than Taste of Punjab. It's a dining experience that consistently exceeds expectations and keeps you coming back...
