My wife-to-be and I went to Vincent's to get two wedding bands on the fly for our short-notice wedding. We were more than delighted with our experience. We will be coming back here for all of our jewelry needs as long as this place exists.

First off, it is a father-son operation and both gentlemen are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. From the moment we walked in we were treated with genuine friendliness and personal attentiveness. Without pressuring us to buy anything, and with full knowledge that we were on a budget, they showed us a variety of options and took the time to explain different metals, weights, etc. Both David and Mark were very easy-going yet seemed like they knew their business inside and out.

After looking through many different options we eventually settled on a matching three-ring wedding set (two bands plus a bonus engagement ring) for a very reasonable price. The rings had to be sized, however, and our short-notice wedding was only three days away. Not a big deal for these guys! It was done later on that day (and with a laser to boot, so the rings were unblemished) and I picked them up the next morning. Mark even gave me a courtesy call at 7 PM, which is after the store is closed, to tell me that he managed to get it done for us already and that they were able to be picked up the following morning.

I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else if you are looking for a great experience buying jewelry. This is my first Google review: I created a Google+ account just to write a review for this place because David and Mark truly deserve a thank-you for such outstanding service.

I am so lucky to have learned of Mark and his business through my boyfriend, who thoughtfully worked with Mark to create the perfect addition to my charm bracelet. Together, they brainstormed ideas of what might make a breathtaking gift. As a lover of poetry, Mark crafted me a beautiful book with pages to sift through (& to add to in the future 😉). He went as far as packaging the charm alongside the gorgeous notebook pictured :) Since then, my family and I have consistently gone to Mark for all jewelry repairs and additions. I’ve never met a more trustworthy, transparent, and dedicated jeweler.

Among other pieces, Mark was able to fix a ring of mine that many other jewelers had declined. Pictured on my hand, I was gifted this ring by my mother, who received it from my grandfather as a meaningful gift when she was a young girl. The part of the ring with stones fastened into it was loose—what was holding that piece in place was breaking. After years of being too scared to wear it, Mark fixed it in no time. It’s not going anywhere!

One of the most important things Mark has done for my family, among so many, has been recasting my grandmother’s wedding ring (pictured sitting on a stone). It had weakened and grown brittle over time. He was able to recast the ring entirely with the addition of new alloys so it would withstand the test of time for so many years to come. Mark is amazing! A master artist and visionary. I really cannot say enough good about him or his work to do his skills justice. It was simply serndipitous that I would come across his page on Etsy to find my dream wedding ring and then later have him create a one-of-a-kind custom piece to replace a ring that had been given up long ago - with nothing to go on but my memory. And the piece he designed?! OMG. So spectacular it outshined my most vivid recollection by a mile. Mark is communicative, creative, and truly passionate about his work. I feel like even if you're not looking for jewelry, you simply have to get something from Vincent's. Thank goodness he's in Florida and I am in PA because I'd be strolling in on the daily to commission new pieces.
