Treasure Island Fun Center — Attraction in Seminole

We brought a Groupon deal for 90 min time play cards that comes with personal pizza and a drink. The service we received was great. The kids were happy with the overall taste of the pizza (I personally didn't have pizza). The bathrooms were clean and the place itself was clean. It does have that "older building/establishment" vibe as soon as you walk in the door. The game selection was okay. It didn't have the newer games but it did have some classics like Mrs. Pac-Man and pinball machines. I wasn't expecting this place to have too many choices as it didn't look very big on the outside. Many of the games they did allow for timed play (no tickets or prizes) were not the most up to date or smooth running and some just didn't work. I think they should open all the games available to give more selection of play (more incentive to come back) and more updated games, but set the play cards not to collect tickets on ticketed games the same as some of the larger fun centers do with the swipe to play cards. Over all the younger kids had a good time. They only complained about the time card not allowing them to swipe repeated times in a row (because their games were over very quickly). Spent almost 70 bucks because we were told it's better than chuck e cheese. We frequent to chuck e cheese. My daughter got overly excited because she wanted to earn a Pokémon prize. We were told the green color games, what that was we don't know so of course we agreed because that was the rules and figured we would just look around and find the games we could play.. Turns out none of the games my kids could actually play were included. Not even skee ball. Their explanation was the old fashioned arcade games and they dont give tickets. They claimed they explained this but neither me or my husband heard anything about games that dont give tickets for prizes. My 5 year old wouldnt be able to play those and as soon as my 8 year old heard no tickets no prizes she began to cry. I asked for a refund because we legitimately didn't even any of the 2 hours worth time on 3/4 cards we got and all they could offer was 18 bucks on a card to use on any game. We essentially wasted 70 bucks. What a rip off ...will...

We just had our son’s 5th birthday party here and I just can’t say enough nice things about it! The two servers were so sweet and accommodating and they had no problem with us showing up early to decorate. The whole day was SEAMLESS! The pizza was way better than i expected (delicious actually) and everyone had the best time! They weren’t super slammed with parties after us so we got to keep a table after the party for our stuff. I expected to just be stressed bc parties for your kid usually are but they took care of everything and told me in the nicest way possible to relax and have fun. They asked us if we needed anything EVERY TIME they walked by, even while my husband was there early decorating and even had birthday candles when we realized we forgot ours. The games weren’t overly expensive and everything worked perfectly. The place was clean and the AC was so nice in this Florida August heat. I wish we could have every birthday party here. We will...
